very slow to cut

I have a decade old rotary shaver from the competition on its last leg and it cut around 3X faster with a dying battery nonetheless. I had to go over my face with the Philips multiple times as it would miss random hairs. I didnt know shaving was like playing a game of Wheres Waldo, never liked that game...
As I am writing this and feeling my face I noticed more uncut hairs. This might be for someone but its not me, just takes too much effort to use. I've been using rotary shavers for almost 30 years straight so these arent new to me.

Please note that using the right technique is key to making sure you’re getting the best results from your Philips Shaver. Hairs do not always grow in a uniform direction, and for that reason, we recommend moving your Shaver in circles while applying light pressure. This allows the blades to cut hairs growing in all different directions. Additionally, if you haven’t shaved for three days or longer, pre-trim the longer hairs with a beard trimmer to ensure a better result when using your Philips Shaver.

1st Rotary Razor That Made Me Decide to Switch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used safety razors all my life but needed a faster way to get the job done in the AM so I purchased the 3800 after reading several online reviews. It took about 3 weeks of using it to acclimate my beard but the end result is an acceptable close shave in the AM that's good to go for the whole day. I don't have to fuss with the process and my wife also approves of the end result.

No snags, works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive this shaver as mine is about to give out after 10 years of use! This works great and I love that at the top a trimmer folds down to get those clean cut lines. It gives a nice close shave and does not tug on my beard hair like my current one. It’s safe to say that I’m throwing out my old one and keeping this one. If you buy this you definitely will not regret it.
