Wasn't able to trim my beard without much discomfort. I don't have strong or fast growing facial hair and shave once a month or so. Your razor just wasn't up to the task so I returned it after the first shave
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We would like to inform you that if you are using Philips Shaver for the first time, your skin may feel slightly irritated. Your skin will need to adjust to the electric razor. Please allow yourself two to three weeks to get used to your new Philips Shaver. Also, do not press the shaver too hard against your skin. We would like to assist you further on this.
Please reach out to us via social media. We’re available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare). Don’t worry, if you don’t use Social Media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page: www.Philips.com/contact.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Phillips shavers for years and have been happy with them. This new one follows that pattern. My only nit-pick is that they all seem to last about 2 years. Time will tell if that has been improved.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model represents a throwback to one I was used to for many years and I like it much more than more recent innovations. I like the pop up trimmer and it’s very easy to clean! And it cuts well.
