It shaves so clean and smoothly even no grease on skin. The last Philips shaver I have used for over 30 years and kept it using it until this new replacement. Philips always won't let you down.

Generally speaking, it's a good shaver. It has a better design than its previous model: the power button is not in the way of handling, so you won't mistakenly touch it during shaving. Even the battery is under power, but it still does the job, just takes longer time to finish the work. Afterall, it still can clean shave my beard. If the battery is much stronger, I would've given it a 5-star. For now, I give it a 4-star.
For my case, the support team was very helpful. They listened to my explanation and replaced my shaver. So far it works and the battery is better than the original one I purchased, but still not strong enough. I really appreciate the support team's patience and help. I still recommend it and hope Philips can provide a stronger battery in a newer model.
