I chose this rating because after the second use the power slowed down and did not have the same smooth feeling after shaving. Cleaning and charging were done in accordance to the booklet. I will appreciate very much if Philips can give advice on how to get the initial power of the product. I do the shaving twice a week on my husband. He noticed the difference during the first two uses and now.

We recommend charging your shaver for 3 hours before the first use, and it requires regular cleaning to function properly. Hair or debris can get stuck in the device and affect its battery performance. However, we suggest you to try using a different power outlet as well, making sure it is live and working.

This razor shaves very close and it appears to run very slow. I have older Phillips razor that sounded like a train running. It is very silent running.

The product seems okay, but the instruction leaflet with it is useless and you website is also very bad as you don`t know what you are supposed to click on.
