Best razor I've ever used.

This razor really produces a close comfortable shave, quickly, with not irritation. Easy to clean also. I really like. Much much better than previous Norelco Shavers I've used.

I found it not perfect is shaving. My previous shaver (Philips series 3000) was working with a better quality, but I decided to change it as it got old.

I chose this rating because after the second use the power slowed down and did not have the same smooth feeling after shaving. Cleaning and charging were done in accordance to the booklet. I will appreciate very much if Philips can give advice on how to get the initial power of the product. I do the shaving twice a week on my husband. He noticed the difference during the first two uses and now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We recommend charging your shaver for 3 hours before the first use, and it requires regular cleaning to function properly. Hair or debris can get stuck in the device and affect its battery performance. However, we suggest you to try using a different power outlet as well, making sure it is live and working.
