Bad shaver experience

The triple head shaver seems to pull rather then cut my neck hair , awful, 3000 series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric razor left me with extensive shavers rash. I am not new to an electric razor - this was replacing an older Philips shaver and I have also used Braun in the past. This is now sitting unused in my drawer while I have gone back to my old unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
