[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The razor sounds like gears are slipping and it has failed at least 3 times to start. I will ask for a replacement if it fails to start at all. Overall very disappointed in my purchase.

Love the pop-up trimmer and I don't have to detach something and insert the trimmer in its place, as my prior shaver required. It shaves close no matter if it has been one day or three days since I shaved. Battery life is very good. The power button is in a great place - my prior shaver was not and I sometimes cut it off inadvertently.
