[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Bosch 800 Series 30'' Gas Cooktop, and it has completely transformed my kitchen experience. The FlameSelect® feature is a game-changer—having nine defined power levels means I no longer have to 'guess' the flame height; I get the exact same heat every single time.
The Dual-Flame Power Burner in the center is incredibly versatile, taking a large pot of water to a boil in record time, while the OptiSim® burner handles delicate sauces without any scorching. Beyond performance, the low-profile stainless steel design looks built-in and high-end. It’s the perfect blend of professional power and residential elegance. Highly recommend for anyone serious about cooking!
