We like the fact that the nob stays red after cooking until it cools to prevent you from touching or cleaning burners. Overall, we are pleased with purchase.

I love the center burner with two flames. Its so nice. Also has flashing knob after flame is off to let you know its still hot to the touch.

I am concerned why the knobs constantly flashing red for a period of time after they are turned off. I don't know if it's supposed to operate in that manner or if it's a malfunction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previously my husband and I owned a Jennair cook top. I didn't realize how inefficient it was until we purchased our new Bosch 800 series cook top. Our new stove top cooks more evenly and is so much easier to keep clean. We couldn't be happier.
