The best one I’ve owned this far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our 10-year-old Samsung fridge finally died, we were hesitant to buy another Samsung because getting our old one serviced was so difficult. After a while, new components were scarce, and even water filters were difficult to come by. I couldn't help but notice how lovely this refrigerator is. I performed my homework, watched it expand in the Asian market, and decided it was worth a shot.
This beautiful refrigerator makes a statement in the kitchen because to its elegant design, which avoids the bulbous appearance of other refrigerators on the market. We were relieved to get rid of the drawer freezer and replace it with a four-door one. We haven't had to change out the flex section because it's now being used as a deli fridge.
There is no longer an ice maker in the refrigerator; it has been moved to the freezer, where it belongs, freeing up refrigerator space. Cubes and nuggets are the two sizes available. Note that ice nuggets are not chewable like sonic ice, but they are large enough to cool your liquid quickly. We're still attempting to figure out how to collect ice without spilling any.
The autofill pitcher with a diffuser is another feature we like. We use it to make infused water on occasion. This feature is a nice addition because I used to keep a pitcher of water in my old fridge so that chilled water was always available.
When I bought this fridge there were only colors available. When I'm ready, I would love to switch out the panels to different designs if they ever come available.
We have Samsung phones, so syncing it with the SmartThings app was easy.
Definitely worth the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter got this fridge a couple of months ago and even tough it did take several months to arrive once we got it i can say it was very well worth it. The fridge its very nice and bright i love the led lights that it has also the most important feature on this fridge is that it allows you to custom it by changing the panels. The beverage station is what my grandkids love the most since they have easy access to their favorite beverages. I would really recommend this fridge to anyone looking to buy a new fridge i promise you wont regret it.

Favorite refrigerator I’ve ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is amazing! We have been having it for several months now and love everything about it. I can’t decide if I like the look or functionality better. The glass panels have a sleek look and are virtually smudge proof. The few smudges and fingerprints that were left wipe away with ease. One of my favorite features is the beverage center. I love that the water dispenser and pitcher are hidden behind a door. The self-filling pitcher is great. My daughter enjoys having water infused with lemon. Another feature I love is the bottom right storage space is customizable to be a refrigerator or freezer (and you can make these adjustments easily from your phone!) There is a lot of storage in both the refrigerator and the freezer. The ice bins are a little small and ice sometimes spills behind the bins. The fact that this unit make two different size cube makes up for the bin issue in my opinion. I do wish the shelves in the refrigerator where more adjustable so I could have more height. Overall, we all love this refrigerator and are very happy with the purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought fridge this past summer, enjoy the fridge very much. There are a few items that i wish would be improved.
1. Fridge makes a popping sound when turning off the compressor
2. Fridge bins in the left hand door do not fit properly in the slots
3. Ice is a pain to get out

After saying all of that, I would still purchase the fridge again. It looks sleek and shiny in our kitchen. I do not know how to rectify the ice being a pain to access. It was also extremely expensive for a fridge. It has great space and seems to work efficiently (based on power drawn) and I really enjoy the water pitcher in the door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing product with Nice features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially a little hesitant since this model had just come out, however after 6 months of usage I am very satisfied with the product and servers my purpose, able to use 1 of the bottom door as a freeze and the other one as a regular fridge.

Gaint size and Gorgeous look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 months now, absolutely loved it. Able to store foods for weeks and parties. Guests are amazed by the look and the size.
One thing though, I have to get the a new breaker without GFCI installed. It keeps tripping my breaker and my house is just 5 years old.
I am looking forward to replace the custom panels. Strangely, only professional installers are recommended. How can I change it time to time as I like.
