Cool fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been about 3 weeks since I replaced my fridge and I love it. The Bespoke aspect makes it mine, you're not going into a store and seeing the same fridge that I have. It's huge capacity is great for big families and the flex zone is so clutch when you need more space in the fridge. I can't speak too much on the ice maker because we rarely use ice, I would have preferred a dedicated ice spout like the water dispenser though, solely for aesthetic reasons I will admit. It's really quiet too, I rarely hear it in the day or night. My only gripe was that the measurements didn't include the wheels on the bottom of the fridge, so I had to adjust my cabinets a bit, but not a deal breaker. All in all, if you have a opportunity to see one of these and you're one of those people who love kitchen gadgets, you'll instantly fall in love.

Stylishly Smart Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this BeSpoke refrigerator a little over 3 weeks ago. I ordered it with all four Grey Glass panels and they look REALLY sharp! The installation process was flawless, watching the installer attach the front panels was great, I now know what to do should my wife decide on changing the color layout of our kitchen! LOL. The fridge is about 28 cubic feet and when you open it, you see every cubic inch, there is SO much space in this fridge. I love it. There is some room for adjusting the clear class shelves which feel substantial and well-built. The multiple cooling zones are terrific in the main upper half of the fridge and I love how the lower right part of the unit can serve as an extension of the refrigerator or freezer. The icemaker took about 2-3 days to start to show significant amounts of ice and it's really cool to have the option of having regular ice or the little "bite" sized pieces. The beverage center is amazing, the pitcher with the auto-fill feature is spectacular. Once you pull out the pitcher and dispense water, when you return it and closer the "hidden" door, it fills almost instantaneously! The water dispenser is easy to handle, although sometime my boys will spray water everywhere when they get close to the top of their cups (my fault for not supervising that lol, I know!). The smart features of the fridge include adjusting the temperature in the refrigerator area, turning the icemaker on/off, and being notified when the water/UV filters need to be changed. You can also adjust the temperature of the crisper drawers to mimic the ambient temperature set in the main compartment or customize for meat/veggies. The inside panel that shows all these features is neatly tucked away on the inside right corner of the fridge. Setting up the device on my wifi was a snap through the SmartThings app on my phone. I think incorporating a UV filter for less friendly smells in the fridge is spot on! Additionally on the inside, Samsung has included bright LED lights which illuminate the inside of the fridge beautifully. Overall this beast (just mean the size) of a fridge has been worth the investment, we are SO glad we got this fridge!!! The BeSpoke Refrigerator line functions like a higher end refrigerator for sure!

I absolutely love my fridge. From the aesthetic panels to the auto-fill water pitcher to the WiFi connectivity, this fridge has it all. I'm so glad I bought this fridge, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone else considering getting a new fridge.
The auto-fill water pitcher is my favorite feature so far. I have. a family of six, so we go through water very quickly. Usually we'll have a line by the fridge of people waiting to use the water dispenser. Or, one of us has to fill up a jug to take tot he table with us. Samsung has answered our problems with this fridge. Now with only a few seconds of waiting, my family can get a full jug of water that hydrates a growing group of rascals.

Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex is the most customizable refrigerator I've ever seen. It allows us to customize the way the outside look to match with our home décor. We chose the two tone glass panel. It matches our kitchen cabinet. Besides the look of the fridge, the inside. is more of a French Style which we love but because of the space in this area. We can only have a side by side. This fridge allows us to have the best of both world. A French style fridge on the top, with a side-by-side functionality for our home. The automatic water dispenser re-filler is exceptional. We use that on a daily basis since we enjoy cold water. It will automatically refill it without us having to fill it up. The French style on top allows us to hold large items like a large birthday cake without any issue. I love all the drawers for our condiments as well as fruits and vegetables last longer in the drawers. The icemaker makes two size ice which my daughter loves the smaller size for her to eat. She likes how she is able to scoop as much ice as she wants. This is by far the Fridge of My Dream. A disclaimer: I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

Modern Convenience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchasing a new refrigerator is not necessarily an exciting venture. However, it was exciting to receive our new Samsung BESPOKE 4-Door Flex fridge! The 29 cubic feet is not the larges fridge you can buy, but the way the interior is designed, this fridge feels huge. We chose the navy steel color for all four panels, which gives it a slight navy color. The look without handles is so sleek and upscale. I love the two ways to get water, including the pitcher that allows you to do infused water. The ice maker in the freezer is unobtrusive and having it create two types of ice cubes is extremely handy. I was leery about the side of the freezer, especially since the lower right quadrant is a flex space, but the deep drawers and sliding shelves make it very easy to access and store everything. Since having this fridge, two friends of ours have now purchased their own BESPOKE fridge, and one even got the matching stove as well. It really is a very high-end appliance, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a new fridge!

Beautiful Door Panels and Never Empty Water Pitch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The customizable door material and color options for this refrigerator are vast, but we finally settled on the light blue glass door panels. The most convenient option on the refrigerator is the "Beverage Center", which allows easy access to a self-contained water pitcher (included with the refrigerator), several shelves for drinks/snacks/medications/etc, and a chilled filter water spigot. The pitcher self fills (option can be turned off too) with filtered water, so it is always full and ready to pour refreshingly cold water. The pitcher can also be used to make iced tea or powdered water-based drinks.
Once the refrigerator was installed we felt compelled to modernize the appearance of our 20-year-old kitchen with new cabinet/drawer handles and a marble countertop with a full ceramic backsplash, but the work is still occurring so there are no before/after pictures at the time I am writing this review, but will try and come back to add them once the work is completed.

Spacious Refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We never run out of room with this refrigerator. The width is amazing. I can open both doors out and easily see everything at a glance. The shelve spacing is well designed. I love the freezer on the bottom. I like that you can make one of the flex zones into a refrigerator if needed. This refrigerator connects to smart things so I can change any of the zones from my phone. I can tell it to stop filling the auto fill water container if I choose or make an area very cold for rock hard ice cream. I enjoy the option of small or large ice cubes. The ice pulls out on trays so you can get to them easily. There is a separate area that allows you to open a section of the door to reach the water pitcher and items you use often. It has a clean modern look. It really updates the look of our kitchen.

The best one I’ve owned this far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our 10-year-old Samsung fridge finally died, we were hesitant to buy another Samsung because getting our old one serviced was so difficult. After a while, new components were scarce, and even water filters were difficult to come by. I couldn't help but notice how lovely this refrigerator is. I performed my homework, watched it expand in the Asian market, and decided it was worth a shot.
This beautiful refrigerator makes a statement in the kitchen because to its elegant design, which avoids the bulbous appearance of other refrigerators on the market. We were relieved to get rid of the drawer freezer and replace it with a four-door one. We haven't had to change out the flex section because it's now being used as a deli fridge.
There is no longer an ice maker in the refrigerator; it has been moved to the freezer, where it belongs, freeing up refrigerator space. Cubes and nuggets are the two sizes available. Note that ice nuggets are not chewable like sonic ice, but they are large enough to cool your liquid quickly. We're still attempting to figure out how to collect ice without spilling any.
The autofill pitcher with a diffuser is another feature we like. We use it to make infused water on occasion. This feature is a nice addition because I used to keep a pitcher of water in my old fridge so that chilled water was always available.
When I bought this fridge there were only colors available. When I'm ready, I would love to switch out the panels to different designs if they ever come available.
We have Samsung phones, so syncing it with the SmartThings app was easy.
Definitely worth the price!
