[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator for just over 2 months and can safely say that it’s the single most well thought out appliance I’ve encountered, and I’m a tough critic. What makes the Bespoke line of refrigerators unique compared to other high end consumer refrigerators is the daily usability of its standout features.
Aesthetic – The sleek look of this refrigerator is exactly what I was looking for to complete my modern themed kitchen. I loved my previous Samsung 4 door refrigerator, but the stainless shell just didn’t fit my design, so I was ecstatic when Samsung launched the Bespoke line. The clean look is also extremely practical and easy to keep clean and the handles have hidden touch points so smudges and fingerprints are naturally conceded. Also, the glass panels that I chose are 100% dent resistant (because they’re glass) and should the worst happen, they’re easily replaceable. I really can’t emphasis this enough, it is a beautiful piece of equipment.
Layout – My previous refrigerator was a counter depth Samsung 4 door model as well, so I knew what I was getting into with the Bespoke and I knew I would like it. The 4 door design has the advantage of only exposing a small portion of the cooled area at a time. This is especially important for the frozen areas which are two independent compartments. The Bespoke’s upper doors have deep trays, and they allow you to use them for more than just narrow bottles, they can hold larger items like gallons of milk or yogurt tubs. The lower door trays are much shallower (no worries, big enough to hold a pint of Ben and Jerry’s), which gives you deeper trays in the freezer for larger items like a loaf of French bread. These deeper compartments slide out so you can access things that may have been pushed to the back easily. All of these design decisions work together to make this counter depth refrigerator feel much bigger than other designs.
Water Station – The autofill water pitcher is a must have feature. Anyone that’s tried to fill water bottles or pots with water using a door mounted refrigerator waterspout knows that it’s a huge pain. The autofill pitcher is there, waiting, always full, fast pouring. I bet I’ve tripled my water intake since getting this just because of how convenient it is to get a glass of cold water.
Lighting – This is something you’ll notice when you’re transferring the contents of your old refrigerator or when you’re using someone else’s. The Bespoke refrigerator has a ton of b

Modern and sleek looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Bespoke now for about a month or so. At first, I was very disappointed to find that it didnt have a external ice dispenser. You would think a sophisticated refrigerator would have this of all things. But, instead it has a beverage center with a always full water pitcher with the option of infusing fruits, vegetables into the water. Also a internal water dispenser that is easily accessible. Underneath in the freezer section is your ice. You have two pull out trays, each one has a different size ice. One is a small nugget shape and the other small cubes. So yes, while it does not have that outside ice dispenser, the other things it has makes up for that loss! I like the fact that this refrigerator has pull out freezer shelves. It makes getting food out so much easier on my back! I like how bright the inside is with the LED lighting inside. You can see everything easily! Even spills and dirty areas show up clear as day! I thought this refrigerator would have tons and tons of room. But, I don't really feel like it is that much bigger than a normal size one. I find myself still having to rearrange things in it to make more room for items a lot of times. Maybe it is because the beverage center takes up a part of it. But I still feel like Im spoiled having the beverage center so I wouldnt want to get rid of that part of it! That has to be my favorite feature of the refrigerator! I am drinking much more water now! Overall, I am happy with my Bespoke. I like the modern and sleek looking outside of it. The fact that you can change the panels on it later on if you want is also a plus. Not sure how expensive that would be, but it is something I want to look into for later on down the road. It would be a easy way to fool everyone into thinking you have got a new refrigerator!

Samsung Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve only had our refrigerator for a few days but we are already thoroughly impressed. This by far is the largest refrigerator that I’ve ever owned and I don’t think we can go back to anything smaller. We have dark cabinets and lighter granite countertops, so aesthetically, it’s very pleasing to the eye. It has a sleek and minimalist look and we love it! We have a very large family so we easily buy 5-6 juices and at least 3 gallons of milk. All of which can fit in the refrigerator, with space for much more! With our precious refrigerator, at best, I could get only 1 gallon of milk and maybe 2-3 cartons of juice. I like that I don’t have to re-arrange items so that they can fit. Everything fits effortlessly. Another feature that we love is the beverage center! It has a pitcher that allows you to diffuse tea and other items. The freezer has an option for two types of ice. Larger cubes and smaller cubes. It also comes with a scooper, so that people aren’t digging their hands in it. I think that is super convenient. The side shelving is spacious enough for all our condiments and we still have room left over. I also forgot to mention that it comes with a UV deodorizer. Such a fantastic, hygienic feature that none of our other refrigerators had. I am impressed that the bottom compartments can be used as either a refrigerator or freezer just by adjusting the dials. The only downfall of the refrigerator is that it picks up every single fingerprint, so be prepared with a soft cloth to wipe throughout the day. Especially if you have small kids or teenagers. Overall, it’s a fantastic refrigerator and definitely, money well spent!

Best Upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for more than a month and I LOVE it! The space in the refrigerator is very large and is way more than I need, but it is great to have the added space when I need it occasionally. The look and design is amazing. I chose the color Blue and it definitely stands out in our kitchen. It is now the first thing that people notice when they come into our kitchen. I was first a little concerned about the size of the freezer, I though it might not be enough space, but now I have way more space than I need. In my last freezer, it was filled to the rim, and now I barely use 1 side completely and about a fifth part of the second freezer area. I love that the drawers in the freezer slide out because it makes storage so much easier and I can organize the food so much better. The best part of this fridge has definitely been the Dual Ice Maker! Every single person that I show it to is amazed and immediately say they want one too. The only negative review I have about this refrigerator is that although the ice maker is my favorite feature, it does take about 24 hours to completely fill the ice containers after being empty. I previously had a Samsung refrigerator and was very disappointed with it, but this refrigerator has been the best upgrade in appliances I have made.

Some of my favorite features include:
A "Beverage Center" with internal dispenser, because I don't like the unsightly look of exterior door dispensers, which are harder to keep clean, and children away from them.
The beverage center also includes an AutoFill Infused Water Pitcher, which convenience has enhanced our lives, and has us enjoying a great deal of more water every day!
Another great feature is the Dual Auto Ice Maker with Ice Bites. The larger ice cubes are actually cubed shaped which I prefer over the standard half moon shaped ones. The bite ice is great. My kids love it. I just want to be very clear that this bite ice is a smaller version of the other cubed ice, and it isn't the soft ice that you might be thinking of that comes from a certain fast food chain.
The FlexZone is perfect for my needs where I can adjust the temperature of that area based on my needs and what I have to put into that location at any particular time.
It has Wi-Fi Connectivity to check and adjust the settings.
Another great feature is that you can choose from several different Custom Door Panels to suit your decoration style.

Stay tuned for more details to follow, but for starters, I do highly suggest that future buyers note the measurements and understand that there needs to be about a four inch clearance for doors to open.
The only inconvenience that we've had so far is that our door panels apparently had a manufacturing flaw, and there are "bubbles" like you see with contact paper beneath the glass which tops the four door panels. Samsung has new panels on their way to us, and the flaw affects the aesthetics and not the function of the unit.
I will update as soon as we receive the new flawless door panels, and our experience receiving them.

A New Found Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first got selected I was excited that we would be able to customize our fridge and select a combo of colors that would fit our kitchen best. We got our fridge and it fits amazingly in its predecessors spot. The only issue with it is the delivery people came with only one color and we had selected two different color combinations and have yet to receive the correct ones. The fridge though in itself is amazing the four doors has always been a dream of mine. We also added the fridge to the smart things app. With the app I like being able to view how many times the door has been opened, that I can set the temperature from my phone and I also like being able to switch the settings. The beverage center has an amazing feature that we use often, the self filling water pitcher gets a-lot of use and I like that even the tiniest bit that you use you don't have to worry about refilling it yourself.I appreciate the fact that I can add a few fruits and citrus in the infuser and have it ready for me. I like the ice maker and the fact that it is in the freezer, I also like that I have a choice of Cubed and Ice Bites. I love also having the option of a flex fridge that I am able to use the lower right corner for a fridge or freezer. Not having enough room was an issue with our old fridge and we no longer have that issue with this one. I can't say enough about how amazing this fridge is.

Unique, customizable, beautiful, and futuristic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung bespoke fridge is a wholely unique product that has completely changed what a modern day fridge can look like. But more importantly, it backs that aesthetic with cutting edge technology and functionality. First and foremost it is stunning, and every guest instantly focuses on it and falls in love. It gives you a chance to decorate your kitchen with different color accents and contrasts greatly with the surgical steel that has taken over kitchens everywhere. The gloss finnish is clean cut and does not highlight fingerprints. The spacious 23cu ft hold a ton of food and beverages and nearly all shelves are customizable to fit how you like to organize your fridge. The bottom panels can both be freezer or you can elect to make the right one a standard fridge temperature. The dual ice cubes is a great addition. The top left panel hides a beverage center complete with a self refilling pitcher that has a center space to place fruit or other water flavoring. The smart fridge can be adjusted with an inside panel or via your Samsung smart things app. It is very intuitive to use and you can monitor your temperature settings and even change ice maker settings, or change from fridge to freezer on the app. This is a huge fridge and Samsung did a good job of efficiently packing in as much storage space as possible into the maximum allowed dimensions. You will have ample room for all your food storage needs. The outside panels, while expensive, can be individually purchased to change the aesthetic whenever you want. As you can see in my picture, you can also be as creative as you want to set different tones in your kitchen. It is incredibly captivating. I am 100% happy with this appliance that not only serves as a means to store your food but also as a way to decorate and a form of expression. Samsung really knocked this out of the park. Don't hesitate to evolve what you think a fridge should look like and step into the future.

It fits a lot of food and the freezer section is well designed so everything is easy to find. The beverage center is so convenient especially with 2 kids. I love the auto-fill pitcher. I've been putting tea leaves in the infuser to make cold brew tea. The kids' favorite part of the fridge is the small bites ice. I have to admit, it's pretty cute. The control panel on the inside is intuitive and easy to manage. The custom panels make a big statement in the kitchen. It's the 1st thing everyone notices. It's nice to know that we can switch out the panels to a different color later on if we want to. The flex zone area is really convenient for when we need more fridge space and less freezer space. Overall, I love this fridge!
