[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impression is definitely very impressed! I have not owned a refrigerator that you can customize the aesthetic appearance of it so it will match to your kitchen color wheel!
I love the space and how you can adjust some spots of the shelving to suit to your needs. Lots of compartments on its own purposes. I love the self refilling pitcher so much! I don’t have to worry having a cold water to be refilled each time! Having the drinking water set inside the fridge is just fantastic for is having dog who knows how to get by on everything!
Ice maker is great, ice cubes are always replenished well to the point of when scooping out some ice it may fell some of it on the back although not a big deal.
Two separate freezer and helped me a ton to organize well which of which goes. The other freezer can be customized to your liking, it can be w freezer or just more refrigerator space. I love the drawer type space it had designed! Easy to look into your foods without forgetting your food that got pushed into the back!
And I have not mentioned the SMART FEATURES ! This had saved us a ton of not shutting the door fully and our phone will notify us the we left the door open! How cool is that! And on the top of that, you can customize the temperature of your fridge and freezer! Like you really have the control just thru your phone! It was very easy to set it up and only took me within 10mins or even less.
Definitely very well worth it!

Amazing 4 Flex Door Smart Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are updating are kitchen to all of the Samsung products that work with the Samsung Smart app. This has to be one of our greatest additions. You open the doors to find massive storage options. It is so well lit that I can see everything so easily. The fun part was deciding from all the color options for the doors. You could even mix and match colors.
The flex doors give you the option of only opening one door at a time. One of the bottom flex areas can be used as a refrigerator or a freezer. You set the temperature for each of your zones right from your phone. It also has a warning sound if you leave a door open. It has a small flex door you can open up to quickly get out juice, pop and milk. You can open that with ease and not have to open the larger door. They even included a self filling picture, what a great idea.
The freezer has shelves that slide out to make it a breeze to find what you need. My grandaughter loves the small ice nugget option. There is no huge ice maker taking up space.

ART Meets the REFRIGERATOR APPLIANCE World!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Imagine shopping for a refrigerator similar to shopping for your vehicle. You can choose what color combination(s) including choice of material. There are eight different colors and two types of material to mix and match. We chose glass white for the two top panels and matte black steel for the two bottom panels. We absolutely love the contrast and makes the refrigerator the centerpiece of our kitchen.
Not only does the refrigerator shine in the aesthetics department, it also shines in the functionality department. With 29 cu ft of space, it easily handles our family of five. Speaking of features, this refrigerator is loaded.
1) There's a convenient beverage center with it's separate door access so you don't have to open the whole refrigerator. There's a chilled water pitcher which you can infuse with your favorite fruit or vegetable. Of course there is the traditional water dispenser next to it.
2) You get two types of ice cubes from the two ice makers built-in. This is my kid's favorite feature as they love to chomp on the ice bite cubes.
3) The bottom right freezer can be converted to a refrigerator as needed...ingenious
4) The bottom half freezer both features pull out drawers to keep your freezer organized and easy to find what you need.

The refrigerator is whisper quiet. I cannot hear when the it is running. Even after three weeks of owning this refrigerator, I still admire it the design and aesthetics. As my title says, 'Art has met the refrigerator appliance world', and it is good.

Sleek design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look of this refrigerator! The interior light is bright but easy on the eyes. I selected the matte grey glass. While it does clean easily I don't find it to be fingerprint resistant. This refrigerator is extremely spacious. We added clear bins to the bottom shelf for cheese and deli meats as there is no drawer for this which is a disappointment. We love the beverage center door and auto fill water pitcher.
The freezer shelves pull out for easy access allowing you to use the full depth of the shelves without losing things in the back!
The ice maker produces two sizes of cubes conveniently in the top bin.
I have not yet used the Smart things app as I don't see a need to frequently monitor a refrigerator temperature. We do use the app for our Samsung range all the time so we may find it useful in the future.
I have not changed the flex zone yet but anticipate this to be useful at holiday time when prepping for large meals.
It's only been a few weeks but so far I am happy with this purchase and would recommend this product.

Super Custom Looking Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with my BeSpoke refrigerator by Samsung. I was able to customize the exterior look to my personal tastes and to match the style of my kitchen. The exterior also has a very streamlined look so it feels high-end in my option. Both doors can open at the same time for easy access to everything in the refrigerator section, great for large turkeys. The inside is super bright which was a wonderful surprise. The 2 crisper drawers allow for flexible temps depending on storing meats or veggies, keeps them fresh longer. I also love how the water filter is easy to access instead of reach to the bottom of the fridge like my old one. My only mild complaint on the fridge section would be I wish I had more flexibility to raise or lower the shelves inside.
The quick access beverage center door is great for all the quick access products like juices, ketchup, etc. I like not having to fully open the doors and let out all the cold air. I was not sure I would like the beverage center water dispenser being behind the quick access door, but I can say I love it now that I have it! In addition the water dispenser I was surprised how much I use the infuser auto fill pitcher.
For the freezer and flex freezer/fridge sections on the bottom are great size for all my frozen products. I love the option of turning the one section into a fridge temperature zone, which will be a life saver during the holidays. I am a HUGE fan of the two types of ice options and also the fact the ice is stored in the freezer instead of in the door of the fridge side. My only complaint with the ice is sometimes pieces fall down the back when scoping it out. This fridge has so many custom features which are easy to access via the app or inside the fridge if you wish, which is cool for the tech geek in me. Overall I love this refrigerator and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Best addition to my kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my fridge for several weeks now and all I can say is that it’s perfect. We are in love with it. In all honesty at first i thought the freezer was gonna be small since we are a family of seven and I usually shop for everything at once. But everything fitted perfectly. Everyone’s favorite feature of the fridge is the drink station, my kids love that they can just open the door and get their drinks with out having to be looking for them on the fridge. Also let’s talk about the two types of ice it makes!! It’s just wow! I love that I can know when my kids leave the door open since it has a two minute alarm that rings if the door is left open. As a mother of small children I can tell you one of the best things of the fridge it’s that it is finger print resistant and very easy to clean. Definitely recommend!! I have not yet used the SmartThings app I did connect it but haven’t opened it since The installers left the ideal temperature on. I hope in the future I can change all my appliances to Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator for just over 2 months and can safely say that it’s the single most well thought out appliance I’ve encountered, and I’m a tough critic. What makes the Bespoke line of refrigerators unique compared to other high end consumer refrigerators is the daily usability of its standout features.
Aesthetic – The sleek look of this refrigerator is exactly what I was looking for to complete my modern themed kitchen. I loved my previous Samsung 4 door refrigerator, but the stainless shell just didn’t fit my design, so I was ecstatic when Samsung launched the Bespoke line. The clean look is also extremely practical and easy to keep clean and the handles have hidden touch points so smudges and fingerprints are naturally conceded. Also, the glass panels that I chose are 100% dent resistant (because they’re glass) and should the worst happen, they’re easily replaceable. I really can’t emphasis this enough, it is a beautiful piece of equipment.
Layout – My previous refrigerator was a counter depth Samsung 4 door model as well, so I knew what I was getting into with the Bespoke and I knew I would like it. The 4 door design has the advantage of only exposing a small portion of the cooled area at a time. This is especially important for the frozen areas which are two independent compartments. The Bespoke’s upper doors have deep trays, and they allow you to use them for more than just narrow bottles, they can hold larger items like gallons of milk or yogurt tubs. The lower door trays are much shallower (no worries, big enough to hold a pint of Ben and Jerry’s), which gives you deeper trays in the freezer for larger items like a loaf of French bread. These deeper compartments slide out so you can access things that may have been pushed to the back easily. All of these design decisions work together to make this counter depth refrigerator feel much bigger than other designs.
Water Station – The autofill water pitcher is a must have feature. Anyone that’s tried to fill water bottles or pots with water using a door mounted refrigerator waterspout knows that it’s a huge pain. The autofill pitcher is there, waiting, always full, fast pouring. I bet I’ve tripled my water intake since getting this just because of how convenient it is to get a glass of cold water.

Modern and sleek looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Bespoke now for about a month or so. At first, I was very disappointed to find that it didnt have a external ice dispenser. You would think a sophisticated refrigerator would have this of all things. But, instead it has a beverage center with a always full water pitcher with the option of infusing fruits, vegetables into the water. Also a internal water dispenser that is easily accessible. Underneath in the freezer section is your ice. You have two pull out trays, each one has a different size ice. One is a small nugget shape and the other small cubes. So yes, while it does not have that outside ice dispenser, the other things it has makes up for that loss! I like the fact that this refrigerator has pull out freezer shelves. It makes getting food out so much easier on my back! I like how bright the inside is with the LED lighting inside. You can see everything easily! Even spills and dirty areas show up clear as day! I thought this refrigerator would have tons and tons of room. But, I don't really feel like it is that much bigger than a normal size one. I find myself still having to rearrange things in it to make more room for items a lot of times. Maybe it is because the beverage center takes up a part of it. But I still feel like Im spoiled having the beverage center so I wouldnt want to get rid of that part of it! That has to be my favorite feature of the refrigerator! I am drinking much more water now! Overall, I am happy with my Bespoke. I like the modern and sleek looking outside of it. The fact that you can change the panels on it later on if you want is also a plus. Not sure how expensive that would be, but it is something I want to look into for later on down the road. It would be a easy way to fool everyone into thinking you have got a new refrigerator!
