Great Features!!

Purchased in Nov 2024. The refrigerator is quiet and we love the beverage center. I added an extra in-line filter behind the fridge to remove more things like PFAS etc. and the water tastes great which is saying a lot since I really don't like plain water. The beverage pitcher is a fantastic feature that we use every day for cooking etc. Also with the Flex feature we made bottom right side a fridge for my daughter for easy access from her wheelchair.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Includes Famous Faulty Samsung Ice Maker

Bought this refrigerator a couple of years ago for the wide selection of swappable colors. Was sad to learn there are no longer unique colors such as yellow and green panels to purchase. In addition, as with all Samsung ice makers, the ice maker is junk. The tray cracked on from normal usage so water leaks and freezes the ice holder solid. You make think no issue, I will just order another tray. Unfortunately, as I am sure Samsung realizes, replacing their ice machines is an additional revenue stream. They do not sell just the ice tray and you have to replace the whole ice maker. This also demonstrates their commitment to the environment and well as their build quality.

We Love Our Refrigerator

We have had this refrigerator for 3 months. Both my husband and I say almost every day “ I love this refrigerator!” Best refrigerator we have ever had. It’s perfect. Ice maker even kept up during Christmas for 10 adults. Used the flex section as extra refrigerator space during the holidays. We hated our old Samsung Refrigerator that leaked and loud ice maker. But this one has no flaws. Just buy it. You’ll love it too!

this is a counter depth fridge which, it implies it should not extend in front of the counter.
as per manual, the required width of the opening for this fridge is 35 7/8. however, the doors require at least additional 6 inches of width due to the door/hinge design. therefore, the only way to open doors is to pull the fridge out of its space in front of the counter by about 6 inches. this is really contrary to the very idea of counter depth!!!!!
i can only hope there will be sufficient feedback from customers for samsung to come up with alternative hinge design to allow existing door to open without requiring extra space.

No Panels!!!

This refrigerator has been standing in my kitchen for almost 2 years without any panels. I have checked the website over and over looking for availability of the colored panels I was promised when I purchased it. Now I find out all the colors have been discontinued with the exception of a limited few. What a scam. So now I will be forced to choose white or stainless which I could have had in any frig on the market back then. It's unfortunate that Samsung has put so much money into marketing the Bespoke line and not into the actual product they sold.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disposable refrigerator

Not even 3 years and the ice maker and control panels don't work, the self filling water pitcher doesn't fill all the time. They make this type of refrigerators just to last a very short time. So if you are looking for something that is worth your money don't buy a samsung

Great Fridge With So Many Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased this fridge for our new home and could not ask for more! It’s HUGE inside, feels nice and sturdy and there are so many great features that we LOVE!
Pros:
•The glass panels are amazing! They are super easy to clean, resist smudges and gone are the days of worrying about dents in the front of my fridge. My husband loves the fact that it isn’t magnetic on the front with the glass panels and it then doesn’t become cluttered.
• The sliding freezer drawers are AMAZING! It makes it so much easier to see what’s inside when you are getting a grocery list or dinner idea together. They feel nice and sturdy and slide with ease.
• The water pitcher/dispenser. It’s in a great spot so you don’t have to worry about little hands accidentally touching it and spilling water all over your floor and the auto filling pitcher is fantastic for when you want to fill a big bottle quickly or have out when everyone is gathered around the table so you don’t have to keep getting up to fill glasses
• Storage. I swear every spot that you hope would have storage in this HAS IT!
•Easy to clean. The shelves and drawers all wipe down super easy and so does the outside panels!
•interior user panel/wifi connection. I honestly thought I would never want to connect my phone to my fridge but it’s super convenient for turning on/off the ice and auto fill pitcher and it will also send you a notification if one of the doors is left open and the small panel on the inside of the fridge is easy to use (and clean) as well!

Doors open and close solidly, the dual ice feature is awesome, and separating the water dispenser from the ice maker is genius - no more leaking
