BEST fridge ever owned!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sleek design, interior layout, ice maker and flex zone make this my favorite refrigerator I've owned. The shelves are easily adjusted to fit your needs. The flex zone offers a section you can use as a fridge or freezer - change for a party and then change back! The beverage center is a dream - makes amazing ice! I LOVE that there is a dual ice maker with TWO different sizes of ice! The pitcher is a good feature to for refilling water bottles! It stays looking great on the outside because of the fingerprint resistance. Another cool thing is the SmartThings app - from your phone you can view the inside of the fridge, receive notifications and get updates to your fridge. Not only that, the SmartThings app can remotely control some of your fridge's functions. If your fridge isn't acting as it should, you can perform a factory reset on it as well. I couldn't love this refrigerator more than I do and it's taken me 50+ years to find it! :)

A lot of great things...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, very satisfied with the fridge, but it's not without a couple notes. First, all the pro's:
- The water tastes great out of it, no complaints there. Each filtered fridge is a little different and pleased with this water taste.
- I love the beverage center much more than I thought I would. To always have a pitcher of cold water has been great - makes refilling a coffee machine very easy.
- I like the no-handle look - it's sleek and it's a little easier to match other appliances that have no handle but might be a different vendor.
- It holds a good amount. This replaced another counter-depth and this holds a little more food. The freezer especially I wasn't sure about, but we were able to fit everything in there (using both the left and right as a freezer) we took out of the old one.
- The accessories and layout of shelves compliment the fridge well and provide good flexibility to configure it the way you need.

The challenges have been:
- The finger print resistance is meh - it's easy to clean, but I don't think it resists them much.
- Pay close attention to the height - it steps up and the doors are the tallest part. In the picture you can see the project we now have adjusting the cabinet above the fridge. It fit in the hole, but the cabinet doors can't open without hitting the fridge doors.
- I still can't connect it to WiFi, it fails on the last step. I see it join my network for a couple seconds, then disconnect. I imagine this is solvable, but it's taking a lot of effort.
Overall, very happy with the fridge. The last question will be longevity and hope that it lasts and can ventilate well being built into cabinets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this fridge so far. We have fairly low water pressure to our fridge so the auto fill pitcher has been absolutely amazing. No more waiting for a slow flow, we can let the pitcher fill and not have to wait later.
Not needing to open the entire fridge to access the pitcher is also a nice feature. Shelves are all in good locations and leave enough room to fit anything we need in the fridge.
The only reason I would rate this a four and not a five is the ice trays. The covers meant to hold the ice scoop ended up being in the way more than they so we removed them. Without the covers less ice slides out the back of the trays, though some is still escaping. Overall not a big deal. Having a scoop for both ice options is worth a little mess at times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smart Things app connectivity was a breeze to do. Just scanned the QR code and everything was connected through WiFi and could easily control the Flex Zone settings and other settings.

Beverage center is a perfect place for quality anf filtered water. Product worked like a diamond. After few pitchers, the water was pristine to drink.
Auto-fill pitcher is another great technology to keep the bottle filled every time and this is an amazing addition to my home.
This reduces the time to wait for the water to be filled and it is readily available.
Ice Maker did its magic in delivering 2 varieties of ice.

Moving from a standard one to 4 door gave us plenty of room to keep things refrigerated.
And Flex Zone is a plus when i don't need more items to froze.

Love this fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has been great so far, have really enjoyed some of the things that make this fridge unique. It looks so good and love the huge shelves inside. The doors also hold a lot more than I thought they would. I really like the 4 door look and function. The anti-fingerprint finish does help to reduce smudges from touches and gives it a nice shine. I love the hidden door to the beverage center, makes it so easy to grab a drink or a snack. I find that the beverage center helps me to drink more water throughout the day since it’s there so easy to get to and perfectly chilled. You can also infuse your water with fruit with the built-in pitcher. Of course, you still have the standard water dispenser to get water in your cup. The ice maker is great, really cool that you get two different types of ice. Linking your fridge to the Samsung SmartThings app is really easy and allows you to control fridge settings such as temps, ice makers and FlexZone. You can make these changes from anywhere, you don’t have to be home. The FlexZone is a really cool idea, you can adjust the temperature in that one zone to be just the right temps for fruits and vegetables, meats, drinks, regular freezer or soft freeze. The app also tracks energy usage, it’s cool to see how efficient this refrigerator is compared to average usage in the neighborhood. I’m blown away at how little power it uses. The fridge is really quiet and does a great job of keeping everything cold or frozen, in other words it does its job and it does it well. I would recommend and I think you will be impressed, Samsung has done a great job.

I love the beverage center and the 4 flat doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Samsung Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door Flex 23 cu. ft. Refrigerator with Beverage Center (RF23DB9600QLAA). I'd have to say the biggest surprise was how much we use the autofill pitcher from the fridge with the special beverage center door. Filling up my water glass or coffee carafe is so quick now. I did not realize how much of my life I was wasting with the regular filtered dispenser!
I do miss the space of my old fridge. The drawers for the fridge are too small for my needs. I like that I can change the bottom right into a fridge, but I need the freezer space!
Overall, we like the look of the fridge and the beverage center. Its a game changer.

Pretty Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this fridge for a week now and so far I like it. I'm using and liking the beverage zone a lot because it's so convenient. The fridge looks very pretty and modern but its capacity is smaller than my previous fridge so I have to be conscious of the amount of food I buy right now. I love the app and the door open alarm as a mom of little ones. While I do like the different ice sizes, it does get a little bit of getting used to using the little scoop. It honestly doesn't make ice that fast either. Overall it is a nice fridge and I am enjoying using it. Hopefully it will last for a long time.

Spacious for counter depth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For information on the App — I don’t use it but my wife does. I don’t see any need to use with the button options on the inside.
A few things that I would change but overall still have five stars.
When we first received the fridge our toddler didn’t realize the height of the top doors and hit his head on the sharp edge of the open door. So maybe softer edges when open.

The stainless steel is definitely not fingerprint resistant by any means. We end up cleaning this fridge daily because we have kids.
The different ice option is really effective in our house. It could have been a designed a little better that it didn’t overfill so then ice falls to the back.
On a positive note, I gave five stars because overall it deserves it. The beverage center is my favorite component and makes grabbing a bottle of water or filling a drink so much easier. I also like that the flex zone can be changed to a fridge instead of a freezer. There’s space for everything in this fridge. The style and look is super spacious and having no handles makes it sleek.
It has added a lot to our household and our kids really like it. The flex zone is their own personal space. Family approved!
