The Samsung Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have received are new refrigerator. It looks nice and modern. I like the sleek front and no handles. Kind of looks futuristic. The only issue with the refrigerator capacity is that there are only 2 drawers. However, half of the freezer can be converted to a refrigerator (FlexZone). The pull out drawers and shelves are a nice feature making it easier to keep frozen items organized. The dual ice maker works well and I like that the ice is never empty. The beverage zone is convenient. The water from the dispenser is nice and cold which is good for the Texas heat. The auto fill pitcher is great for refilling the coffee pot with filtered water. The infuser worked great and gave me some flavored water. The Smart Things App was easy to set up. I have a Samsung phone so it was already installed. I just had to scan the QR Code and Bam it was setup. I liked the recipes in the app and the notifications I get in case I leave the fridge door open.
The fingerprint resistant steel is not all that resistant. On the day the fridge arrived it was already full of prints that needed to be cleaned. The user manual did not provide any instructions on how to assemble and install the drawers and shelves. It is nice that the control panel is inside the fridge but we did not know how to use it. I actually had to rely on YouTube to learn how to use the control panel. Overall it is a significant improvement over our last refrigerator. We would definitely recommend this product to anyone!!!

Great and stylish fridge, needs a couple of tweaks

This is a nice, sleek fridge with a unique flat design and no handles that looks great. Its a bit smaller than I’m used to, but the lack of depth makes it easy to find things. It is well organized.
The four doors are nice and different. The bottom two are the freezer and the bottom right can be changed to a fridge (flex). The shelves can be adjusted easily. Many pull out. There is less room for really large items which you will need to consider. If you have a lot of milk or 2L sodas, it will be tough.
The beverage zone is really nice, especially the autofill pitcher. There is a lot of room for big cups to fill here. The zone takes up a lot of space, but its worth it.
The doors do not close unless pushed gently closed unlike many other fridges. The ice maker has 2 types of ice. The tray, however, gets in the way and the ice scoop holder makes it hard to get the ice. T
In general, its a great fridge that could use a couple of minor improvements. Space is a tradeoff, but should be expected in a counter depth fridge.

Amazing Refrigerator!

The Flex Zone feature, which allows you to use the section as either a fridge OR a freezer, is simply amazing. From the outside the fridge just looks shiny and beautiful ... and it stays that way. Having a 7 year old and 5 year old I really appreciate the Fingerprint Resistance Stainless Steel. And having the beverage center inside the top left door keeps the outside looking minimal and clean. There's more than enough space and the dual ice maker (ice in two different sizes!!) just can't be beat. I downloaded the Smart Things app, and that might just be the best part of the refrigerator. I can control the temperature and lighting (among other things) simply by using the app. And when I accidentally leave one of the doors open the refrigerator beeps AND the app alerts me that the door is open. I can't get over all the features. It really is an amazing refrigerator!

Great fridge but could use minor improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great fridge, but needs a few functional design modifications to improve ease of use. The design is nice and modern and I really like how clean it looks. Definitely finger proof (as long as your hands aren’t covered). The UV sanitizer inside is a nice addition! The shelves are easy to move around for what works best for you and there is plenty of storage in the doors in both the fridge and freezer/ flex zones. The shelves in the freezer and flex zone pull out, which is amazing for easily finding what you’re looking for. The beverage zone is perfect, I use large water cups and the pitcher makes it so much quicker to fill my cup. The flex zone is a really cool feature, we plan on using it for drinks and a wine fridge. Overall I’m very satisfied with this fridge.
A few things could do with adjustments. The ice maker is awesome and I love the ice bites, but the tray is kind of awful. The pieces that go in the front of the tray to hold the scoop just get in the way and make it super difficult to get ice and the back is really low so when the tray is full of ice and you try to scoop up ice it pushes ice off the back and they fall to the shelf below. My back would also appreciate if the ice shelf could be pulled out a little further. The handles on the bottom of the fridge doors are a kind of weird angle to turn my wrist. It would be nice if there was also a handle on the top. There’s also no cheese drawer, the junk drawer of the fridge, so there’s not really anywhere to easily store the small awkward shaped items. Right note I’m using a basket, but I’m going to have to see if I can find a drawer I can set on one of the shelves.
Overall I really like this fridge. While it could use a few improvements, its design has been well thought out and it provides a new type of flexibility and a new approach to fridges.

Awesome Upgraded Fridge

Every sip is refreshing, while the two ice cube sizes cater to different preferences. Space is never an issue, thanks to its generous interior, accommodating groceries and beverages with ample room to spare. I also enjoy the flex space as it can expand the refrigeration space as needed.

Great appealing fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family couldn’t be more satisfied and happy now that we have the french doors style model over the pull out drawer style. The aggravation of digging items from the bottom of the freezer is a thing of the past, accessibility is now. Our favorite feature is the beverage center where we have a pitcher of cool refreshing water at all times. I liked the placement of the water when you can easily replaced it. I don’t know how the UV deodorizing filter works but it is a nice feature.The stainless steel panel inside provides contrast in my opinion instead of the dull white appearance. The quick access door is a nice touch when you can retrieve your favorite beverage with ease. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel doors eliminates the constant wiping which can tiresome to some. I do not need to open the refrigerator to change the settings on the control panel which I can do in the SmartThings app. We loved the auto ice maker and volume of ice on the trays are more than enough for my fur babies who loved ice cubes for a treat.

Awesome Refrigerator!!

Our old fridge was getting loud and on its last legs, so were were ready to get something new and more advanced. This fits the bill! The top two doors are the fridge, but you can also make the bottom right area a fridge also if you want more fridge than freezer space. It's easy to choose the setting from fridge to freezer mode! We decided to keep both bottom doors a freezer. It makes a ton of ice in two different varieties: cubed ice and ice bites. The only comment on the ice I would make is that a couple times it fell behind the drawer and landed in the freezer area. Suggestion for anyone with this ice maker--make sure you bring the older ice forward in the bin with the included scoop so that new ice can drop to the back of the tray. Also the beverage dispenser in the left top door is an absolute DREAM! You can either fill your cup from the automatic dispenser or take a drink from the pitcher within the beverage center. I plan on making lime-infused water in the pitcher just to feel fancy! I will say, the stainless steel claims to be fingerprint resistant but you can definitely see fingerprints on there—but they wipe off very easily with a cloth and all purpose cleaner. The SmartThings app is also a nice addition to be able to monitor your fridge settings or get notified if something is wrong. If you've been waiting to get a fridge that's worth every penny, I would grab this Samsung Bespoke fridge. You won't regret it!

The sleek design looks elegant in our kitchen and has really helped to elevate the look of the entire room. The fingerprint resistant stainless-steel French doors are dreamy.
In the Beverage Center™ you will find all your favorite beverages chilled for easy access along with a pitcher of water and water dispenser. This has been one of our favorite features, as well as the ability to quickly open the door without opening the whole fridge, saving energy, and keeping everything else cold.
I was a huge fan of the Dual zone ice maker with Ice Bites™ and cubes! Ice Bites™ are the perfect size for water bottles. We were impressed by the flex zone. Think of it like a separate mini fridge. You can even customize it further by setting it to freeze, soft freeze, meat/fish, fruit/veggies, or beverages. We currently have ours set up for fruit/vegetables as we eat those the most. I specifically bought a head of broccoli to put in there just to see how it would hold up and 10 days later it looks and feels just like the day I bought it. I am elated knowing we won’t be wasting money on spoiled produce anymore.
The main part of the fridge is giant, and I love where the shelves are placed. We have tons of room to store all our groceries and condiments. I also really appreciate the water filter being easily accessible on the inside of the unit. It was one of the features my husband noticed first.
We are absolutely in love with our new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. This is easily the coolest thing we own, and we highly recommend it!
