Love this fridge!!!

Last fridge broke so I had to replace and I am so happy with our new bespoke flex! I was worried about space but it’s so well designed I feel like we have more space not less! The beverage center is awesome!! And I wasn’t sure about the flex space but we’ve used it both as a beverage fridge and a freezer and I am loving the flexibility to meet our needs whatever the day or necessity. Only complaint is the ice trays seems to lose ice out of the back and slip down into the freezer but it’s a minor inconvenience. Also had to replace the water line with copper as the new plastic one that was installed had the water and ice tasting/smelling like plastic but it was a relatively easy fix. Would recommend.

Freezer door will open itself. Lovely.

We bought this about 10 months ago. It's nice. Looks great. Except. The freezer door will open as you open the refrigerator door. Or as you close it. Or if it feels like it. There are motion sensors in the sides of the doors, a nearby hand wave will do it. The freezer will stay open a half inch until your food defrosts or you come home and notice. My take on this is that refrigerators have been around for 100 years. The science of getting the doors to close should have been settled by now. Two service calls. The first recommended loading the door with heavy stuff so it stayed closed. Service tech said this was a known problem. The second replaced the door. Neither fix worked. Samsung is not exactly jumping through hoops to fix this, so I guess for the 10 years and one month that refrigerators last these days, we will have soft ice cream.

Love this Fridge!

I love this refrigerator. The top doors make it easy to organize your stuff so it is easy to get to. That, and the flexibility of the bottom frig/freezer, makes staging things for harvesting or the holidays much easier. I like the ice maker better than I thought I would. The only thing so far that drives me nuts is that the frig/freezer door pocket shelves are less than two standard soda cans deep. That was a missed opportunity.

Great Features!!

Purchased in Nov 2024. The refrigerator is quiet and we love the beverage center. I added an extra in-line filter behind the fridge to remove more things like PFAS etc. and the water tastes great which is saying a lot since I really don't like plain water. The beverage pitcher is a fantastic feature that we use every day for cooking etc. Also with the Flex feature we made bottom right side a fridge for my daughter for easy access from her wheelchair.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Please reduce height to 72" in future models

Excellent refrigerator but really bizarre decision to go with 73" height. Modern cabinets are usually built to 72". Please reduce height in future models!

We Love Our Refrigerator

We have had this refrigerator for 3 months. Both my husband and I say almost every day “ I love this refrigerator!” Best refrigerator we have ever had. It’s perfect. Ice maker even kept up during Christmas for 10 adults. Used the flex section as extra refrigerator space during the holidays. We hated our old Samsung Refrigerator that leaked and loud ice maker. But this one has no flaws. Just buy it. You’ll love it too!

this is a counter depth fridge which, it implies it should not extend in front of the counter.
as per manual, the required width of the opening for this fridge is 35 7/8. however, the doors require at least additional 6 inches of width due to the door/hinge design. therefore, the only way to open doors is to pull the fridge out of its space in front of the counter by about 6 inches. this is really contrary to the very idea of counter depth!!!!!
i can only hope there will be sufficient feedback from customers for samsung to come up with alternative hinge design to allow existing door to open without requiring extra space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disposable refrigerator

Not even 3 years and the ice maker and control panels don't work, the self filling water pitcher doesn't fill all the time. They make this type of refrigerators just to last a very short time. So if you are looking for something that is worth your money don't buy a samsung
