Amazing product!

When Linus Tech gave a not-so-good review about this product, I was hesitant buying it but when Linus got exposed as a sham tech reviewer, I revisited this product and took my shot. Best decision ever. It just simply works, it's very responsive, sleek and extremely versatile. It's also a babe magnet - I took it to a public library and people were just blown away to see such a cool product.
I am still amazed at the concept of taking 2 24inch around while being extremely productive.!

Not meant for Mac with M1 Chip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start by saying customer support was very timely and responsive to my issues. If I had to solely rate customer support I would give 4 stars.
As far as the geminos product I have to sadly give it a 1 star because it is simply not compatible with my mac and it was NOT advertised. Due to the mac I have it can not use both USB-C cords to display on both screens. As a result the solution support gave was to use the USB/USB-C adapter. That did indeed work. HOWEVER, the second issue I ran into was that within 15-30 seconds of moving pointer via keypad the monitor froze and locked up. I called support back again and the solution to solve freezing was to install a specific driver. That solution did solve the freezing. HOWEVER, moving the pointer on the keypad around the screen could be described as choppy/slowly/and uncontrollable at best. For example, if I would move my pointer to select a certain field/button on my screen the pointer would go past where I was trying to select. I tried to use a mouse and that did not solve the issue.
I was highly disappointed that the geminos did not work out for me as I was really looking forward to using it.
I do really appreciate support trying to troubleshoot the issues.

In pure HDMI mode it works fine, USB mode is iffy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I the screens are great and clear and work well as screens. I am having a lot of inconsistency and difficulty getting screens to drive purely from the single USB-C and touch screen features are not working well at all. I am using an older MacBook pro (from 2018) so that might be the problem. I also didn't realize I couldn't use two screens with my MacBook air which is the original reason I bought it, but that's on me since it is a limitation of the Air I didn't know.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. The reason for 4 stars is the setup. So many stickers to remove,including from the touch screen and camera. Also highly recommend including some sort of ergonomic information for how to have monitor to not hurt your neck.
Would love to be able to move monitor up and down without changing the angle of the bottom screen.

Top monitor freezes, ethernet port

Having issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first saw this monitor I was excited to give it a try, I couldn't wait for it to get here. Once it had arrived I immediately opened it and hooked it up to my laptop. Everything was good at first until about a week into owned the monitor. The monitor it swlg had started going in and out. It kept flickering and not being able to keep the screen on. I had found a page on mobile pixels website about the issues and followed the steps. I updated my graphics driver, I reinstalled the drivers for the monitor, and I unplugged the power to the monitor. Unplugging the monitor seems to be the only temporary solution to the problem. I have had to u plug the power to the monitor about 6 times now since this started a week into owning the monitor.
