Product arrived scratched

I’ve been very excited about these monitors, as I was involved in the Indiegogo campaign. I received my monitor yesterday, and while setting it up this morning I opened it and saw scratches on the screen, and also on the frame. The scratches were located at the top of the bottom screen. Clearly, these were scratches that were occurred in manufacturing as the product had yet to be used. Given how much I’ve spent on the monitors and how long I’ve waited, I’m very dismayed to receive the damage product, I am hoping that the company will contact me to help address my concerns.

CLASS ACT - TEAM MP STRIKE A WINNER AGAIN!

I just love these guys - everything they make is of the highest quality and works exactly and perfectly as stated. I first got hooked on MP via Kickstarter/Indiegogo when they released their dual screens for laptops. I was in right from the beginning as one of my pet peeves was when I travelled overseas and didnt have my dual screens.
Working on spreadsheets and multiple documents without the comforts of home was a pain. MP delivered with the Deux Lite! I changed jobs a little while later and at the same time MP released Duex Max which worked with my new work laptop and meant I had bigger screens with my bigger laptop. I still use the Lite's on my personal computer and have the Max on my work computer - no matter where I go or if its work or personal, I'm suitably equipped for work and online fun/shopping.
When I saw the Geminos advertised, this was like manna from heaven as it offered me a cleaner and neater system for my home computer (2 screens) and tidied up my permanent work station. I had no nerves at all having already benefitted from the MP truth and reality of their campaigns and their wonderful updates so I jumped straight in and, yes, yet again they delivered. Its absolutely amazing quality, superb quality of picture, color, style, ease of use. I literally was up and running in 10 minutes (all my other cables already fit this system. The packaging (outer and inner) is of the highest quality - you just feel like you bought something special when it arrives and you unbox.
The equipment is superb quality, its stylish, modern (space age one neighbor described it). It frees up so much space and right now I have it set up at the corner of the desk and have so much clean free space instead of my old set up of 2 side x side screens. I adore it. Right now, I have the top screen with xfinity.com tv channels playing and/or Netflix and the bottom screen is email so super easy to multi-task and when I'm working, its spreadsheet friendly, multiple screens for working on different documents and having email open. Its a class act. I love these guys and will watch for every new release. The quality of images whether TV, movies, games, graphics, artwork, spreadsheets, etc is first class, sparkling, bright, easy on the eyes!
They are a huge success through crowdfunding as they deliver time and time again. You wont go wrong investing in this. I didnt even upgrade to the touch screen and its still brilliant quality, easy to use and serves every purpose I invested in it for. Well done Mobile Pixels - you guys rock!!!
Seriously - once you stack.... you'll never go back!!! LOL

Geminos™ X - A GREAT PRODUCT!!!

I got my Geminos™ X screens over the weekend and had some issues with the driver install and touchscreen calibration, which turned out to be my (Lenovo) laptop issue. I was helped with the correct procedures and steps by a very helpful Mattias from Customer Care Center.
I am absolutely pleased with this product and how it has increased my productivity by a mile! Love it!

Good product, solid build

I got Geminos X with touchscreen + few accessories. I have to admit that monitor(s) looks solid build, nice metal body that is not twisting. The quality of the picture is really good.
There also some deficiencies. The transport stickers were like glued and I had hard time unsticking tthem from the monitor. My desk is not having sufficient depth and I have to admit when I've purchased the monitor I didn't really realized that it's take more depth than my standard monitor.
Then I often needed to rotate my monitor a bit to left or right to have better visibility when I'm not staying in exactly front of the monitor, but doing some other stuff on the side. This was really bad surprise for me, that the monitor base was fixed. And the monitor dues to its heaviness is difficult to grab it with one hand on the side and just turn it.
Camera was another thing that I think is not thought well through. If two monitors are straight then camera is really high and these 15 degree angle is not at all sufficient. Also the privacy cover that was accompanying the monitor was definitely a joke. It was a bit too small and I struggled to stick it in such way that it doesn't obstruct camera view when open. The camera itself is a bit larger than typical laptop camera and the cover was a generic one, not designed specially for this monitor.
And last thing that is a bit annoying, whenever I switch on the video signal, for few seconds I get this information about the resolution, refresh rate and frequency of the signal and then it disappears. On most normal monitors you can check this info from the monitor menu. Alas nothing like that here.
One of the funny parts that made me laugh was one of the arguments to chose the monitor. Somewhere on their site it was stated that it's better to have the monitors stacked vertically as this is gives you better usability and programming was mentioned as use case. Argument was that you don't need to scroll vertically so much.
Actually if you have long vertical monitor this is not really useful as your eyes and neck strain more of the up and down movement. In general head/neck/eyes behave better with moning horizontally than vertically. And most of the time the focus is on some central position. So better scroll and keep the focal point at approximately at the same level, that going up and down all the time.

This ain't it, Captain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn't allow for more than one computer to be connected simultaneously. As someone who uses a machine for work that's separate from my personal machine, having to unplug and replug cables isn't a great situation.
I'd be better off with a KVM solution.

Network port on the docking station

Is awesome the way to both screens works and even the way to save space on your desk the only issues that I found is that the network port from the docking station is working to 100M (fast) not a 1000M or 1GB (Gigabit).
