I have had a Galaxy phone for 20 yrs. Got this one about 2 months ago and "IT SUCKS". I will never buy another one again. It has screwed up every one of the apps on it. I suspect it's the AI crap. Plus the design is extraordinarily awkward. I HATE THIS PHONE!!!!!!!

Decent phone, about what I expected

I replaced an Ultra S22 Note with this device. I never used the stylist pen, and I didn't think I would miss the better camera on the Ultra, so I opted to go with the S24+ instead of a new Ultra.
On the positive side, I like the look and feel of the S24+. The rounded edges are nice, and I like that they have replaced the beveled screen with a flat one, which seems to be less likely to be damaged if dropped. The size of the S24+ is also more manageable than the larger Ultra S22. The phone is a little faster than the Ultra, but for the most part, it feels very similar.
I noticed the battery performance is about the same as my two year old Ultra, which was unexpected from a new phone. I makes me wonder how it will hold up over time. The AI features seem to be buggy. AI caused my Samsung health app to frequently crash, which I was finally able to correct with a software update. The phone also tended to freeze up at times the first time I used it in the morning. I am hoping these bugs will be fixed soon through updates, or if not, I won't be keeping it very long.

Samdung Ai is only in apps which I delete in the first 10 minutes. Screen seems worse than S22+. Speaker is Def worse than S22+. Camera might be only slightly better. LACKS QI2 WIRELESS CHARGING STANDARD WHICH IS CRAZY. AT&T version is full of spam and unwanted games and apps. Wishing I had saved a lot of money and kept my S22+ going because the S24+ isn't much of an upgrade at all. Same on you Samsung and I'll be look at other phone brands next time.

I moved away from phones in 2018 and I'll never go back! Samsung health is awesome!! The camera on this phone makes my girlfriend jealous with her iPhone lol. So easy to transfer your old phone to new phone too.! So happy with my purchase you will be too.
