Fix The AOD

Have had the S24+ now a few weeks and LOVE it! My only criticism is not having the ability to change the brightness of the AOD. I had the ability to do this with all my other Samsung phones and have no idea why Samsung didn't include this on the S24??? I hope they add this feature back in a future update. When I'm in any dark lit room, the AOD is way too dim to even see! Please fix this Samsung!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hey Dee1, Thank you for finding the time out of your bustling day to share your sentiments with us about your Samsung Galaxy S24+. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. You can adjust the screen brightness according to lighting conditions or personal preference. 1. From Settings, tap Display. 2. Customize options under Brightness: * Drag the Brightness slider to set a custom brightness level. * Tap Adaptive brightness to automatically adjust the screen brightness based on the lighting conditions. - Tap Extra brightness to increase the maximum brightness. This uses more battery. Tip: You can also adjust screen brightness from the Quick settings panel. For your convenience, I have linked your device manual below for your records. If you would like any further assistance or if you have any questions for us, feel free to reach out to Samsung Support. Thank you for being a trustworthy Samsung customer. - Debra

Not much improvements and Galaxy AI is poor.

Samdung Ai is only in apps which I delete in the first 10 minutes. Screen seems worse than S22+. Speaker is Def worse than S22+. Camera might be only slightly better. LACKS QI2 WIRELESS CHARGING STANDARD WHICH IS CRAZY. AT&T version is full of spam and unwanted games and apps. Wishing I had saved a lot of money and kept my S22+ going because the S24+ isn't much of an upgrade at all. Same on you Samsung and I'll be look at other phone brands next time.

Aloha GrantH, Thank you for finding the opportunity to share your sentiments with us about your Samsung Galaxy S24+. Galaxy S24 and S24+ both come with a 12MP Selfie Camera and a triple Rear Camera consisting of a 50MP Wide-angle Camera with 2x optical quality zoom, 12MP Ultra-Wide Camera and 10MP 3x Optical Zoom Camera. You can use portrait mode on 2x and 3x zoom to take dynamic close-ups. Even in low light, take shots with reduced noise thanks to Nightography and the new ProVisual engine enhances detail and color for clear, vibrant high-resolution photos, even at digital zoom distances. Between our PowerShare technology and our wireless charging pads, like the Wireless Charger Duo, you no longer have to worry about accidentally yanking the charger out of the wall when you pick up your attached phone. Depending on which wireless charger you have, you can charge up to three devices at once. With PowerShare, you can charge a compatible phone, smart watch, or earbuds by placing it on your Galaxy phone. "Use Wireless charging or PowerShare with Galaxy devices" is packed with a plethora of great information that you may find beneficial in charging your Galaxy devices, linked below. Let us know if you would like any further assistance by contacting Samsung Support. Thank you for being a staunch Samsung customer. - Debra
I just upgraded this from my S22+ and I am in love with the 24+!! I bought the taupe purple color, and it is beautiful and shiny. Charges fast, long battery (can last up to 2 days if not always in use/using it for games or endless use). Beautiful graphics, videos and talking use. Overall, a really great upgrade and worth the price.

Major speaker, sound issues!
on March 19, 2024
Posted by: Seahorse02
Sound & speakers are awful, particularly on speakerphone. Came with no torch widget, which samsung vould not fix. Adjustments in sound app made no difference to speaker quality. Screenshots entail pushing power & volume down buttons - both on right side & that is really difficult for small hands. Reading screens are grainy! Returned & went back to my old s10.

Hey Seahorse02, Thank you for finding the unobstructed time out of your bustling day to share your sentiments with us about your Samsung Galaxy S24+. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. There are a few things that can cause issues with the speaker while you are on call or listening to audio playback through your Galaxy phone. For example, there could be an external device where the audio is being redirected. It's also possible that a software problem or physical damage is causing the issue. Take a moment to review, "Speaker not working on Samsung phone" when you have some time to conduct some simple troubleshooting steps to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your device. To use the flashlight, open the Quick settings panel by swiping down from the top of the screen using two fingers. Next, tap the Flashlight icon to turn the light on or off. If taking a screenshot by pressing and releasing the Side button and Volume down button of your device is too difficult for you, you can use your palm swipe to capture a screenshot instead. You would capture an image of the screen by swiping the edge of your hand across it, from side to side, keeping in contact with the screen. From Settings, tap Advanced features > Motions and gestures > Palm swipe to capture. Tap to enable this feature. For your convenience, I have included a link to your device manual for your reference. If you have any questions for us or if you would like further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Samsung Support. Thank you for being a trustworthy Samsung customer. - Debra
