Great phone, no issues at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy ai is the best, it knows how to fix everything if I'm stuck, and it even offers help when I'm not asking, like it can hear me chatting with someone and offers to look for things or just in general. Kinda freaked me out at first, but literally the most helpful yet. I love it so so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good device, the only thing that I don't like about this model is the camera, poor picture quality, not only in low lights conditions, for the high price this phone has I think the camera should be fixed or upgraded.

overall great product, some battery issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pre-order this phone when I originally heard of its release. It was a big upgrade from a Galaxy S10+ to a 24+
All of can say is WOW, this phone has been amazing. All the things I could do before, with extreme performance upgrades as well as a beautiful camera.
I like to use the AI to assist me through some things while I'm in the kitchen. This has been so useful.
So far the only issue I've encountered is a somewhat dip in battery performance after a recent update. Other then that, I completely love this phone !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the very first Galaxy phone oh so many years ago. Twice since then I've let my husband convince me to try competitor Android phones I have always been drawn right back to my beloved Galaxy. I purchased my S24+ in December 2024 after my husband made me give up my Galaxy S8+ for over 4 miserable years with a OnePlus 8.
While I still stand by the Samsung Galaxy products I have to say my loyalty was met with surprised disappointment. My S8+ would last 2 to 3 days on one charge and did so consistently right up until the end. Not so on this device. I have had to charge 2 to 3 TIMES a day since day one. I absolutely despised the OnePlus device but after spending so many years having a full charge in 20 minutes I have to say Samsung dropped the ball not having warp charge capability at this stage in the game and that's made more annoying considering this phone is drained 2x a day. I would gladly part with the overload of features that are tedious, unnecessary and difficult to find and navigate. I'd rather have a phone battery lasts a t least 24 hours than spending all my time playing around with nonsense I find I don't even need. Lastly, I HATE GalaxyAI. I find it absolutely horrifying to listen to my husband talking to his phone like it's an old friend and it responds that way in turn. I'm Gen X, a witness to how technology has slowly created a warped reality of the world and what being human really is. AI makes it worse, dangerous.
