[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not had any issues with this device since the day I bought it. It's very reliable. All the features runs very smooth. No need for any customization for the phone itself unless customizing wallpaper and lock screen.

Excellent entry level

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being able to have seamless actions across apps and have the features of some of the benchmark phones on the market, in an entry level device, is bold. I'm a big fan of this phone, and I'm saying this as someone who hated Samsung for years.

Seamless experience with some bugs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always get Samsungs newest phone when I upgrade. It's familiarity and seamless experience is great however I noticed it has bugs every time we get a system upgrade. Sometimes it causes my login to reset on certain apps and it's very annoying. I also notice some things cause apps to pop up and at first I thought it was something I downloaded, however it seems to be ingrained in Samsungs interface occasionally? I could be mistaken... Doesn't keep me from keeping wanting to stay with the brand though! Thanks Samsung for always putting out such products! 😊
