At the beginning the phone worked fine but then it started randomly disconnecting from home wifi for no reason.

I'm a loyal Samsung user and this phone did not disappoint. I had my previous device since 2019 and when I finally cracked the screen January of this year, I know I needed another Samsung phone. I wanted a sleek device with great camera quality and that's exactly what the s24 provides and more. I love the screen display and even feel of the phone itself. The front camera is awesome as well, I was pleasantly surprised. Love it.

Its a fantastic phone. The device comes with preprogrammed "battery protection" settings. The cameras are great. The screen sensitivity is very good

Big disappointment

What a disappointment. I have used the galaxy platform for years on an employer provided device and this phone is the first one that I purchased in retirement. I feel the platform's performance has declined for me with at least the last 3-4 devices I have used, likely dating back to 2015 or so. Why did I purchase one if the former is true? I guess it's because this Boomer just didn't want to have to learn an entirely new "language" by switching to the "other" options from different manufacturers. Shame on me. I cannot recommend Samsung smartphones until they (and ALL electronics manufacturers) begin to support and improve their current product lines with same veracity they demonstrate to "be first to the market" with next substandard product. The entire industry is bleeding the average consumer to death with this production and marketing stategy.
