Great phone at first them the charging issues start. Just Google the issues before your decide on a s24. My phones charging port melted and all I get is the run around. My phone is 4 months old. Zero damage to phone. They keep telling me to take it to there dealer and that it is under warranty and dealer keeps trying to charge me 136. I'm not one to complain but there is a issue with these phones
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

At the beginning the phone worked fine but then it started randomly disconnecting from home wifi for no reason.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overextends it's welcome

This phone is not giving me the reception and quality that I have experienced with samsung in the past. Even more important is that Samsung seems to have absolutely no respect for my choices or my privacy. I not only can't delete Samsung's store, but I can't even stop the notifications. In addition they periodically upload apps that I don't want and haven't requested. The phone's connection to my hearing aids is sketchy and stops for no apparent reason. The phone is very slow to upgrade the connection when I am within range of better service. I also bounce from roam to not while in the exact same place in my home. Photo quality is not good. Autocorrect is often just plain stupid. I will not purchase or recommend any Samsung product ever again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wish they would have kept it the same size as the S10E. Also, the styling is more square on this one like they are trying to mimic an I phone. If I wanted an I phone I would have bought one. This is the smallest phone Samsung has available. Please know that the entire population does not want a large phone. If I could get a brand new S10E I would. This S24 is ok, but not hitting it out of the park.

I'm a loyal Samsung user and this phone did not disappoint. I had my previous device since 2019 and when I finally cracked the screen January of this year, I know I needed another Samsung phone. I wanted a sleek device with great camera quality and that's exactly what the s24 provides and more. I love the screen display and even feel of the phone itself. The front camera is awesome as well, I was pleasantly surprised. Love it.

Galaxy S24 isn't the quality I expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device has its pros and cons. I like all the new AI features, such as note assist, chat assist, and photo assist just to name a few. However it's not the samsung galaxy quality I've come to expect from the Galaxy models. I don't get some notifications, and it will freeze sometimes, and the biggest disappointment is there's no slot for a SD memory card.

Good basic phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Possibly, I'm spoiled to higher level devices... that said I don't live this little phone. The pros are: it's got all the good Samsung features. The resolution is good, and sound with earphones is great! It does all the things I need it to do. The cons: The refresh rate is odd. It lags a bit & isn't as smooth as with the Plus series' or the Flip. The sound without earphones is very low. You have to turn the volume at least 50% to really hear. There is a sound lag when moving from one video to another within various apps.
All in all, it's decent. Does the job but isn't for a user who wants or needs certain technological perks.
