I love it, especially when I'm cooking thick cuts of meat it's so easy to make sure everyone gets the meal how they like it cooked. Strongly recommend

Best meat thermometer ever

I use it on/in an open bbq, a gas grill/oven and wood fired oven and its great even when burning fat flares it has no problems worth the cost, I will probably purchase another for cooking entire animals

Best meter yet love range bio I don't stand 2 miles away look using the app the keeps me informed on progress of my food and temperature as 67 year old man no more under or overcooked food. Would highly recommend it

This thing is a solution looking for a problem. If you don't have a probe on your smoker, this might be useful.
