After complaining about my Traeger meat probe constantly giving me inconsistent temps, I was gifted the MEATER Pro for Christmas. My dad has had one for a couple of years and raves about it. I completely understand the hype. The app makes cooking effortless. 10/10

Absolute Reliability - absolutely a must!

I've come to rely on my Meater so much, especially with an Air Fryer. For anything new it's a must; anything repeated is there in my notes, and always 'spot on'. I realise that previously I was regularly over-cooking!

Worst product ever — DON’T BUY IT. You will regret

worst product ever ... DON'T BUY IT, you will regret it. I bought this junk about a year ago and used it 6 times or so. I said it worked first three times, then it drop dead in the middle of cooking. The battery in the probe was completely depleted.
I called the support, they were not usefully at all. first, they claim the probe wasn't clear enough then claim the battery I used was no good.

Good day, Jason. We’ve reviewed your case and can see that when you contacted us previously, we replaced the MEATER Pro probe to get you back up and running. We’re glad we were able to support you at that time.
If the unit stopped performing again after the replacement, the most likely cause would be related to the charging dock or battery contact rather than the probe itself. In some cases, internal dock components or weak battery contact tension can lead to premature battery drain during cooking. Checking that the dock contacts are clean and making firm contact can help confirm this.

Impossible to get replacement part

I have loved the Meater Block, but I have spent over a year trying to get a #3 probe to replace a lost probe. I use this for my catering business and would not have purchased had I known that it is seamingly impossible to get replacement parts.

At the moment, probe #3 is unfortunately out of stock, which is why you’ve had difficulty locating a replacement. Since MEATER Block probes are individually numbered and calibrated within the system, replacements aren’t always available through standard retail channels when inventory runs low.
