The Meater 2 Plus has been extremely helpful in cooking to a high standard and produced moist delicious meat to eat. It helps in getting the internal temperature of the meat to the required level and juiciness to please the senses and sight via look.

Great probe with lots of useful data. My only gripe is the connectivity occasionally drops out, even if you're next to it. I also get random alerts on my phone to say it's running (it isn't).

Effective

Only used about 8 times and seems to be pretty effective. I do feel that you need to pull off from the heat a little more than the 5 degree in the rest period. I have started pulling off 9 or 10 degrees earlier - is there a way to set this I wonder?

Best meat thermometer ever

I use it on/in an open bbq, a gas grill/oven and wood fired oven and its great even when burning fat flares it has no problems worth the cost, I will probably purchase another for cooking entire animals

Best meter yet love range bio I don't stand 2 miles away look using the app the keeps me informed on progress of my food and temperature as 67 year old man no more under or overcooked food. Would highly recommend it
