I upgraded my meater to meater pro. Using both probes I get different temperatures, which I believe are neither correct !

To address this, we recommend performing a quick calibration check: Place both probes in a glass of ice water for 3 minutes; they should read between 32-34°F (0-1°C). If either probe deviates significantly, please contact our support team directly at support@meater.com, and we'll either guide you through our advanced calibration process or find an alternative solution. Fantastic product. After ruining my standard meter on the bbq I decide to get the meter pro and it is worth the little bit extra I smoke and do high heat bbq with this and it’s perfect every time.
