Easy to set up and use. Love the streaming updates to my phone. Images are clear and easy to follow. Little getting used to what Meater considers Rare, Medium ...etc (which are personal preference and interpretation). Once I got it dialed in, I feel I can take on anything. Pretty happy customer here. Now I know why they got a ringing endorsement from the Bearded Butchers.

I not only acquired the Meater 2 Plus, but I purchased the Meater Pro Duo shortly thereafter!!! These two items were added to my Meater + and my Meater Block, building my Meater family of the most helpful kitchen tools I own!!!…second only, and a close second, to my kitchen knives!!! I, now, can push my reverse sears, using a my smoker at 225°, and then pushing the sear to 700°+ on my grill, turn off a burner and indirectly finish a 2 1/2” prime ribeye to a perfect cook, while making certain I rest my creation to a perfect conclusion…the finest steak I can plate and table!!!

Medium rare with a flair

I used the Pro which my fiancé gave me for Christmas. I followed the instructions to a tee and it was perfect. However, I call it a flair as I seared it for 3 minutes in a cast iron fry pan 1.5 each side then on the grill following the directions.
