I hear great things but mine would not remain synced. It would sync for a minute then disconnect - even when I was very close. I will be figuring out how to return. Not ideal for Thanksgiving day. should have tried-out beforehand. Also had issues registering account that day. Not sure if that would have made a difference but it wasn't working.

Hi, and thanks for your feedback on the MEATER Pro. The probes are actually registered when you purchase them from MEATER.com or an authorized dealer, but it really shouldn’t affect their performance either way. Although it is possible that the probes are simply disconnecting due to an inadequate charge, you've probably already checked for this on your own. However, there are some simple steps that you can try by going through the MEATER Support Wizard at the below link. Additionally, if you are still encountering the same situation after going through the steps, contact information for MEATER Customer Service can be found at the end of the Wizard. Please consider reaching out to us before retuning the probes, and we should be able to get your MEATER Pro working perfectly in very little time.
Received my Meater Pro after Thanksgiving, so this was my last dry turkey! A week later, we decided to bake a chicken, but forgot that I had my new Meater Pro about half-way through the cooking process. I commissioned it as soon as I realized i could add it any time and finished the cook under the Meater Pro recommended whole chicken cooking process. Resulted in a perfectly cooked whole chicken with stuffing!
