Just received it a week ago. Used it four times already in Kamado Joe smoker, grilling on an Oklahoma Joe firetable, and in our kitchen oven. It worked flawlessly in each case. I recommend it highly!

Difficult to tell apart if using two probes at the same time. Poor support from the company to resolve this. Range is ok. Temp tolerance is good. Battery life is average, but charging is fast

We appreciate your feedback. While we currently don’t offer the option to name individual probes, we have an alternative solution. You can set up a cook and enter a unique name for that cook, making it easy to identify each probe during the process. Regarding battery life, we recommend using a standard AAA battery for optimal performance. Be sure to fully charge your probe to ensure it lasts for at least 24 hours.
