i bought this last year and today the orange piece that holds the spool in broke off..how can i order a new one? love this weed-eater/trimmer, it's so light weight.

Very weak airflow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Airflow was way less than anticipated, battery life very short as well (own 3 of them, used all at one time or other over week or so.)

i bought this last year and throwed my black and decker away, 2 batteries and charger, i added a half inch nut driver a month ago and dont need another battery or charger. This is the best trimmer on the market, always have power and push button string, easly adjust dir of cut,if i designed this thing im not sure i could make it better.

Bought this to use in place of an old Worx turbo blower, which I must say still works fine. Purchased this because it is smaller and lighter. Works like a charm, would like a little more power but does the job as advertised.

I got this as a gift about 2 years ago. I'll never go back to a gas trimmer! I use it all the time.It will run about 45 minutes on a charge. If i need more i just pop in another battery and keep going.I have since purchased 40v chain saw,20v pole saw,20v jig saw,40v hydro shot,and 20v drill and i have 12 battery's.I guess you can tell i'm sold on power share.Iwill be getting more in future.Thank's for great product's

My initial test at cleaning up grass clippings, leaves and other lawn debris has made the cleanup easier that sweeping/raking. I usually compost the grass clippings but the leaf blower afforded me the opportunity to blow the grass clippings back into the lawn. As far as the other accessories, I'll review them after putting them to use.

The edger has little power and short battery life. One of the 2 batteries does not show how much charge it has once it is out of the charger no matter how many times you push the button. I despise the step on a piece of plastic to change between edger and trimmer. It is not efficient nor convenient. Also, what is with that awful sound when you move the head up or down?!? Lastly, I am left-handed, and this is the most unfriendly piece of equipment for a lefty I have ever encountered. I have to completely stop what I am doing anytime I need to press, rotate, lengthen, etc. anything. The placement of buttons, etc. is very awkward. This is my 1st Worx piece, and I don't foresee any more in my future.
