I found the trimmer head to be a little hard for me to adjust to the proper position because I had to use my foot and bend over to adjust it. The one I saw on your web sight had a locking / unlocking bar for trimmer head adjustment and I was wanting that one. That is why I am returning the one I received. I was just afraid it would break if I put too much pressure on it. Though I have been really satisfied with the products I have purchased in the past I didn't feel this trimmer was right for me. I will be searching your web sight again to locate the one I want and will be more than happy to purchase more tools from you in the future. Thank You for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
The line feed doesn’t work and no way to cut grass even. No wheels on grass guard. Why offer it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had bought one 10 years ago and I broke the handle 3 years ago, so I thought I would buy a new one, well it worked just as good, very good until last week I went to use it and nothing, so I took at my 10 years old one and tried the new battery, what do you know it works, now I do understand battery's go bad, my old ones did but I didn't think the weed
