When it got too expensive to replace the batteries on my GT 1.5 I upgraded to the GT 3.0, worth the money.

Love this trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had both a corded and a gas trimmer when my wife bought me the 20V GT 3.0 String Trimmer. Now this is the only one I use. So easy, no extension cords to untangle, no gas and oil mess. Just as powerful as my gas trimmer too. I have a huge yard and I can trim and edge about 3/4 of it on one battery. I pop in the second battery and finish the job. Wish I had gotten one sooner. The only thing I would change on this product would be the length of the handle. I am tall and have to stoop a little to use it.

best battery trimmer out there

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned many gas trimmers, two battery operated trimmers, this has been the best of them all . I advise people to buy this one and park your other trimmer. My best friend is on his third year of use with his worx.

I absolutely love my Work weed eater/trimmer!! It's light weight, easy to use, n does the job well!! I will never buy a gas powered weed eater again n I look forward to getting more work products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] wheels fall off all the time and line has to be manually be unwound as the line looks like it is melted together. Takes more time to trim when every few minutes you need to remove the cap and lift and pull line out and put back together again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well, this week he found some areas in the backyard that needed trimming and when he used his WORX GT it was effortless. We bought the very first WORX GT trimmer/edger about 12/13 years ago and although it still works, he wanted a new one. We gave the older trimmer to our neighbor and he is now a fan as well! This was our 5th WORX product and we will continue to purchase WORX in this family!!! Not only durable products but very reliable.

i bought this last year and today the orange piece that holds the spool in broke off..how can i order a new one? love this weed-eater/trimmer, it's so light weight.
