like the improvements on this model. especially the telescoping main shaft. also easier to rotate than the original. guess they gave up on the idea of the removal wheel to make useable as a mini mower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're looking for a lightweight, versatile, and user-friendly string trimmer, the Worx 20V 12'' model is a standout performer. I’ve had the pleasure of using this tool, and it’s clear why it’s earned such high praise from homeowners and reviewers alike.

I replaced my existing trimmer with this wg163 because the head won't rotate anymore. This one you need to force very hard to rotate. it doesn't have a button to let it rotate you have to stand on head and pull/push handle.
This will definitely not last very long at all because it's all plastic and will definitely break at one point. It was very inexpensive and I now understand why. Live n learn..... cheaper isn't better

Easier to use than my older Worx trimmer and more powerful. Perhaps my original battery has lost some power over the last 10 years. The handle is longer so I can operate it without bending so much.
The power feed of the line is a vast improvement.
