Blew me away!

This TURBINE Leaf Blower blew me away with the power and battery life. I’ve used a Dewalt cordless blower that cost way more than the WORX blower and the Dewalt can’t touch the performance of the WORX TURBINE Cordless Leaf Blower.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'M ON MY SECOND ONE, PROBLEM IS WITH THE HOUSING CRACKING BELOW THE HANDLE, WORX REPLACED THE FIRST ONE, NOT SURE IF THEY'LL REPLACE THE SECOND ONE. 2 IN 3 1/2 YEARS

I bought this a couple of months ago, the battery only lasts about 20 minutes and I also ordered the deal with 2 batteries, but only received 1, this thing is a piece of junk, I won't buy any other products from them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WORX batteries run different amounts of time depending on the tool, but for the most part, the 2.0 Ah batteries average about 20 minutes of run-time. Purchased to replace gas powered blower, has pretty good output for 20 volt but so much easier to carry than gas blower. Having power share batteries from other products allows full days use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I saw the commercial on TV for this string trimmer and was happy to see that it could accommodate tall people. I’m a tall woman at 5’11-1/2” and my son is 6’3. It’s comfortable to use and makes edging and trimming effortless. All the adjustments are simple to make - the handle, telescoping shaft, and to turn it into an edger from a trimmer and vice versa. I wasn’t sure if I would need the mini mower feature but it has come in very handy and I’m very happy with it. My neighbor saw me using my “toy” so he came over and I practically did a commercial when I demonstrated how easy it was to use. I thought with the spool holding only 10 feet of line that it would run out quickly. I was happily surprised to find that after I had finished I barely used up any line at all. Changing spools and winding line on the spool is soo easy. With my other trimmer it felt like I spent hours winding and pulling and holding the line taut so that it wouldn’t unwind and I would have to start all over. Thanks WORX for listening to your customers and designing a product that is amazing!!!

GREAT Design, but NO POWER

WORX took so much time to develop OUTSTANDING versatility in this tool....which makes it astonishing at the COMPLETE LACK OF POWER that was built into the design. The versatility to be able to perform both detailed edging and trimming with this machine is REALLY well thought out, but the complete LACK OF POWER in the 20V battery makes this like trying to cut a great steak using a PLASTIC KNIFE & SPOON. It's almost laughable.
Come on, WORX. You're better than this. This probably also explains why the 40v version is CONSTANTLY out of stock. Relying on 20v batteries for all of your cordless equipment needs to go! These tools are far too well designed to be strapped power that's more fit for a kids toy than a lawn tool.
I love the design so much, that I'm returning the 20v version for the 56v version (since the 40v version is NEVER in stock). However, the 56v battery isn't compatible with your other cordless tools, so that makes it singular-use with only the trimmer....and completely defeats the purpose of your "SAME BATTERY, EXPANDABLE POWER" campaign.
In a nut shell, here are my recommendations:
1. CUSTOMERS: Do NOT but the 20v version....it's a complete tease of function WITHOUT power. Wait for the 40v version to be in stock....if your lawn doesn't become completely overgrown by then, or bite the bullet and get the 56v version even though you won't be able to use that battery in any other WORX cordless tools.
2. WORX: PLEASE stop relying on 20v batteries for your cordless tools. It's a joke and makes it look like you don't make serious tools. Your designs are WAY too good to be wasted on tools that can't actually do the job that their meant to do.
3. WORX: If you're going to offer cordless tools with 40v of power, ACTUALLY DO IT WITH 40v BATTERIES instead of 2 x 20v....and try to have them in stock at least every once in a while. Come on!

This information will be passed up to the appropriate department. WORX tools is making the move to have every tool operated by 20V batteries so that we can have one universal and interchangeable battery for all WORX tools, and therefore all other voltages have been discontinued so we can focus solely on the 20V line. This plan is for the convenience of our customers as they will not need to purchase different batteries for different tools, and will also be able to purchase "tool-only" models at a cheaper price.
