Got my newest trimmer last week. Not my first my third. As new models are introduced I buy one. And each time I do I'm glad I did. Each new model comes with new features that help me get my work done faster and with less effort. The new double-capacity batteries make things much easier, especially if you have a lot of trimming to do. Worx tools make my life easier...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It isn’t cutting the grass easily- I have to go back over and over and it still isn’t trimming all of the grass.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very pleased with my Worx Trimmer! I do a lot of weed whacking, so I appreciate the light weight. One of the best features is the use of changing the head. I have several other Worx products and love them all.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 4.0 battery makes product too heavy. Sling should be offered as accessory. Trimmer itself is excellent.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] String not long enough to properly edge. Also does not auto feed you have to constantly press it to get proper length to edge causing spools to be exhausted rapidly. Not at all happy with this

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You can try resetting the auto-feed system by pressing the small square reset button on the bottom of the trimmer. It is located below the eyelet where your line feeds out on the trimmer head. If you press that 3 times, the auto-feed system will reset and the line will come out properly. Be sure not to pull the line out by hand. This will tighten the line around the spool defeating the purpose of the auto-feed feature. There is no need to bump the trimmer on the ground. To efficiently feed the line, press the CommandFeed button as needed while the machine is running until you hear the ‘clattering’ noise of the line cutting. The line will automatically feed to the perfect length for trimming. The motor will shut off when pressing the CommandFeed button and will restart when the button is released.Should you have any additional questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact our Solution Center Team at 866-354-9679 Monday through Friday from 9 am until 6 pm EST. We'd be more than happy to assist you. Thank you for choosing WORX!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LIKE THE STRING TRIMMER BUT DOWN CLOSE TO THE TRIMMER HEAD NEEDS TO HAVE A SLIGHT BEND AT THE BOTTOM LIKE THE OLD WEED EATER BRAND BE EASIER ON BACK U DO THAT IT WOULD BE PERFECT
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to purchase the works Revolution string trimmer, mini mower about three weeks ago. I am very glad I did because my old trimmer was so heavy and I had to lug around a cord that messed up the accuracy of my trimming. This trimmer is so functional with its many features and I can use it with ease. I never have to worry about a cord or my arm is getting tired. Once I had a problem with the string sticking to itself and I had to keep fixing that aspect however I think it was due to badly rolled or bad string. I would definitely recommend this product to a family member or a friend. I like the versatility of being able to attach the wheel when I want it and leave it off when I don’t. I feel very satisfied with my purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am pleased with the Worx WG 170.3 string trimmer. It’s a great little string trimmer for a basic home yard. The one negative is the Worx registration website. Very hard to locate the sku on the endless collection of possibilities, which are not arranged in any logical manner. I still have not been able to use the live chat to see someone can help me.
