Great trimmer. Easy to use and figure out. Quick change string makes it real nice. It's not as powerful as a gas trimmer but it works everything I pull the trigger. It's much lighter it doesn't take gas and like my gas one that is real hard to start sometimes. This is way better. Just grab and go.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with the feel and handling of this weed eater. Bought as a replacement for an older 56v unit which is sadly discontinued. Miss the power but this 20v unit is very easy to maneuver and love the auto feed feature.
My Dad passed away 4 1/2 years ago. He bought a Worx Trimmer years before that. I was the one who had used it for their yard before and since. Well the old trimmer saw it's last day, so I got this new one on my dime to use for both our places.. AMAZING PRODUCT! As good as the last one, but with more options. Definitely recommend!
Nice not having to deal with gas trimmer but the "string" is like a string. It's too weak/flimsy to handle heavy or thick grass. Takes more than one pass. vs one pass with heavier strings. The adjustable handle angle and auto feed are nice features.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your review! Our Double Helix line is specially designed to work with CommandFeed technology for a quicker, more efficient cut and to help maintain a healthy, professionally groomed lawn. Pre-wound spools with 20’ of our patented DoubleHelix line are available here.
If you decide to use the traditional line, the WORX String Trimmer / Edger can accept standard 0.065” cutting line found at any garden or home center and can be wound around our empty spool cartridges. Refer to your owner’s manual for important details about how to wind the line on the spools and keep in mind that with the conventional cutting line, CommandFeed may not work as expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I bought the trimmer I’ve used it twice and didn’t have to charge the battery. The 4.0 battery has great battery life. The spoils are very easy to change. I’m so happy I don’t have to deal with the gas power trimmers anymore!! I have no complaints.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't even used this yet, because my old GT-151 just keeps working. What I never liked about it though, and all the electric trimmers, is not having a manual line advance. I had a Black&Decker from the 80's that had it, and it was great. But, when it broke, B&D had stopped making it, and I bought my first Worx. I like that Worx went back to the twist-lock system on the shaft, but I think the handle position lock button is not as handy as the squeeze bar on the older models. I just hope that when I put it in to service, the line advance system works as good as my old B&D. One thing I can say for sure is; " I HATE overpowered gas trimmers!"
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used it a few times and am pleased. Much easier than having to deal with firing up my gas trimmer. Wish it had a bit more power.
