I bought this for my 87 year old dad and he loves it! It's not too heavy for him to use like some other trimmers are.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I never could get it work correctly & returned it for credit. I wish it would have worked like it did/does in the TV ads, appeared to have a lot of good features.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor tool..6th use failed

Just poor quality...the twin is garbage and splits shreds...it's a coil type not straight line..WORST of all the blade to cut the line failed...the screw to hold it in is there but the spring steel cutter itself is MIA. Shatterd into pieces..poor quality stuff...yes lightweight and like the twist feature to use wheels...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing

Initially, I really liked it. It does go through a battery rather quickly but what was really disappointing was the fact that it totally died ONE DAY after the 3 year warranty. I own close to 2 dozen Worx tools and love most of them but my two leaf blowers have not lived up to my expectations for Worx tools.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Balanced and light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used multiple corded hedge trimmers over the years - have even cut a few extension cords if perfectly honest. Now I’ve cut the cord for good with this well balanced, long reach light trimmer that has surprising power. I was skeptical that 20v would be enough but I’m pleased to say I wish I hadn’t waited so long. Easy to assemble, even easier to use.
