Not what I thought . . .

I purchased this to replace my 56v WG191 model. Big mistake. It's not as powerful. Not as easy to work. The handle does not rotate making it more difficult to use in the edges mode. Needless to say, it was returned and I found replacement parts to fix my 56v. If it is, this is a poor replacement for the 56v. If you need to replace your 56v WG191, don't buy this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had years of reliable service from my Black & Decker 18v Grasshog. Rechargeable Lithium batteries were not a thing back then. I had a good experience with Worx in the past and liked the the looks of the edger feature on their string trimmer. Being used to multiple changes of a NI-Md battery to trim my property, I over bought batteries from Worx for this new purchase. OMG, one 20v 6.0ah battery trims my property easily and with unbelievable power compared to what I had been using for years. The edger is super and very easily to convert. I am very happy with this purchase. Bravo, Worx!

Wonderful, until it died.

I owned the Worx GT String Trimmer for several years and appreciated its light weight, ease of use and never having to rethread it. Suddenly, it just died. Tried another battery...nothing. I've tried suggestions from several people on things to check. No luck.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed with this product it seems heavier than my gas power one is it cuts pretty good but not really any better than my gas powered one

Poorly designed strike g feeder

I bought this a couple of years ago and once the original string ran out it has been nearly impossible to reload. I follow all instructions and once it is used the string only lasts a few minutes before it comes flying out. Is makes this product useless to me and regret buying ut
