Was using a much heavier 40 volt trimmer of different brand. The Worx 20 volt is much lighter and easier to use. It is powerful enough to trim and edge a fairly large yard three times on one charge. The touch line feed is a great feature, no bumping and hoping for the best. Spools for life works for me. Best string trimmer I have ever used and I have been doing my yard for over 60 years. Great product.

I spend everyday working in my lawns and gardens and I can’t say enough good things about this product!

I have used my trimmer three times since I received it. My lot is 200' by 200', 2 outbuildings, over a dozen large trees, 200' of fence and the battery easily handled it.
I was very impressed with its power.

Holy grail found for string loading

Unlike two previous trimmers i used (Greenworks and Black & Decker) this string replenishment actually works and allows me to spend more time trimming than restringing, Edging grass is very easy. So I am very happy with this one. There are two minor negatives. 1) Unable to penetrate all the way down through thick overgrowth. 2) The wheel does not snap on and can slip off while using if you tilt it.

I liked the design and features of my first WORX Trimmer/Edger better, but the battery wore out. It is hard to edge my grass with this new model and the guard gets in the way of getting close to my planter boxes to trim the grass.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The handle keeps coming loose. It uses string like mad. So get plenty of .065 for reloading. other than that it is ok. Seems cheap in many ways.
