[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought Worx string trimmer when they first came out years ago. The head is a little loose but still Worx. Have Worx hedge trimmers for several years which are also great! Purchased trimmer last year for my brother & he is so happy with it. My son really liked my trimmer & bought himself one a few years back. Ordered me a new one for up coming season knowing it will be great. Will hand down the old trimmer. I'm very satisfied with Worx tools & I'm sure you will be too !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son always wanted to use my Worx 20v Power Share GT Revolution Trimmer. So I did purchase another GT Revolution Trimmer. But I did keep the new GT Revolution Trimmer and let my son have the one that he had to borrow.

Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the original worx trimmers and it has been great but the batteries are dead and it is just worn out after so many years. I received the new one and set it up. I was preforming the movement’s from trimmer to edger and it broke. I twisted the head and it must have broke inside because it is now very loose and doesn’t stay at either position. What a poor design. The old one worked great, pull out on a lever, twist the handle and put the lever back. It stayed tight. Why redesign something that already works great? I’ll return for a new one and try one more time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed with this product it seems heavier than my gas power one is it cuts pretty good but not really any better than my gas powered one

Line does not last long. Wish it was longer. Should have a guide to go against the cement instead of a flower guard. This would keep it straight in bumpy areas.

The fact that this trimmer is very light weight, and exceptionally easy to adjust to different uses and heights of people, makes it a tool you should own. The wheels really make trimming grass along my 200 ft of sidewalk and all around my lawns that I trim every week allows this 79 year old landscaper to walk along with the trimmer without having to worry about needing to hold the trimmer head to the right height that always used to kills my back with the old trimmers I've been using for the last 50 years. No more bald spots or bad nicks in the edge anymore. I get a real nice clean edge with very little effort. Where has this tool been all of my life.
