I've using one since 2017 and I'm well pleased with it. I think WORX tools are all good. Money well spent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my little lawn I have. I think it is fun to use. It went together easily & I used the wheels on it for a mower. This is light weight & handles nicely. I'm recovering from a burst fracture in my spine & this little tool didn't even irritate my back at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my wife for her birthday (she asked for one!!) and she loves it. She had one of the older original models for about 4 year and when it stopped working she almost cried. I bought her the new 4.0Ah model and she loves this thing even more then the old one. She loves how lite it is and how much power the new model has. She also mentioned to me that the battery seems to last even longer. It also helps that the 2.0 batteries that we already have also work on this model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Cordless Trimmer and Edger!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this trimmer as a replacement for the original model I purchased about 10-11 years ago. Unlike the prior model, this updated version has more power, a battery level indicator, auto line feeder feature, and even more versatility. I was able to trim and edge my entire yard and still had two green lights left on the battery. Unlike the prior version, the string did not break every few minutes of use, so I assume it is of better quality. Today was my first use of the new model and look forward to using it again. I have purchase several Worx products over the years, and find them to be of good quality and very reliable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] IF IT"S NOT BROKE DON"T FIX IT!!!!! I've been a loyal WORX customer for years. I was even a product tester in the past. This summer I purchased my 4th WORX edger. Have loved loved loved this product for years. I am a 61 year old female and I have homes and keep up about 20 graves at the cemetery so it's gets a beating. I cannot tell you how much this product made my life so much easier when it first came out. I even help elderly folks at the cemetery when I see them on their knees struggling to clean up the graves of their loved ones. But why why why does a company change a great product? The new design is a nightmare. The wheel does not stay on. The pivot does not work properly. All these stupid new "locks". I have not yet been able to use the edger which is the most important feature for me. PLEASE PLEASE send me one of your older models if you have any. I will gladly give you this one back. Oh another thing on this new design......we're back to only one battery which is big and heavy like the original model. What happened to the 2 smaller batteries that were provided??? And tell me this battery provides long and more power because it does not. I guess after 15 years I feel I know this product pretty well. DO NOT touch the blower product as it's just fine the way it is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this trimmer!

This was the only brand that also converted to an edger, and I love that! I had an earlier model, which lasted quite well, but finally needed replaced. I am so happy I stayed with this brand; the upgrades which have taken place since I bought my first trimmer are amazing!
