I bought this to replace one that finally wore out. It is a nice product. Better than the one I had before and expect it to last a long time past warranty. There is one thing I will mention and it’s not necessarily the product but the string. It doesn’t seem to be strong enough. I have to press the button quite often. My primary use is edging and trimming around trees, shrubs and play equipment. I think the string should be stronger. It’s good that two spools came with the product. It’s better, at this point, that life time string/spools are available. Other than this I really like the product.

Thank you for sharing your experience and review! We greatly appreciate your honest feedback as it gives us a better understanding of where we need to improve. We recommend storing the spools in a cool, dry place. The spool line is made of biodegradable material so that it easily breaks down without impacting the environment. This makes the spools line very delicate and in extreme weather situations, the line will begin to melt and fuse together. To combat this, the spools line can be unwound and rewound to ensure that the line will properly feed when placed in the grass trimmer.

Great Weed-Eater/Trimmer!

I ordered this last week and the shipping and delivery was quick. I used it today for the first time, and I was very impressed! It exceeded my expectations in every area, which includes being light-weight and easy to handle, great battery life, weed-eats and trims very well, used less string than my husbands heavy gas weed-eater. I’m 62y/o and this is very easy for me to handle. Thank you WORX for an exceptional product!
