[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my grass trimmer for15 years, never a problem with it The problem I have is that is 24v which they don’t make any longer and the batteries are loosing power quicker. May time to get a new one🤔
Used this for one Spring/Summer, and it worked great! Then it did not start the following year. Checked both batteries, and they each powered other Worx tools, so it seemed to just be a dead trimmer. Unfortunately I did not register the trimmer, so I am out of luck.

I’ve been using worx tools for over 15 years. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed with an updated design. The handle requires 2 hands to adjust. The older model was a pull lever that could adjust with the one hand, keeping the work flow seamless. Unless you’re dealing with a very level property, this quickly becomes extremely frustrating. I have a very hilly property and this is just killing me… PLEASE go back to the old handle adjust design!!!

Annoying telescope height adjustment on all 4 of my edger trimmer machines have now failed. Adjuster does not lock.A major flaw without any adjuster or tightening to sustain a workable height. 4 machines purchased all defective.

This trimmer was a replacement for a previous Worx trimmer purchase (old one lasted years). Lightweight, but sturdy. Trims evenly. Love the wheel feature for precision edging.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This weed eater is great! Its my new favorite lawn tool. And the battery lasts a long time. The mini mower feature is great and super helpful. I wouldn't use that feature for mowing the front lawn, but to mow areas that are less important, it works great. It also edges with ease. Its light weight and the weight is balanced which I love. Some weed eaters are top heavy. This one is not. Highly recommend.
Replaced Worx weed eater I purchased 12 years ago(still worx)-pun intended. I like the new length, the xtra spool, love the power of the 4.0 battery. The adjustable handle is ok. It takes two hands to change position. I like the ease of the older handle to change position. Like the wheels for mowing under things. Overall very pleased.
