I paid a lot of money for the trimmer and blower and purchased a xtra battery and all of a sudden the trimmer stopped working and the company won’t stand behind there products because they said they can’t find proof of my purchase? But yet they will send me free spools for life ???? I will never buy a worx again and I would never recommend it to anyone very very dissatisfied customer 😡

Disappointed in the battery life. Also the dependency on the pre strung spools doesn't allow for buying string in bulk. It is light so my daughter doesn't mind using it.

This is one tool that I cannot live without and I will not live without . It is the greatest thing since sliced bread! I actually bought this one as a back up just to keep in case the one I am using breaks. I have purchased one for my son and my granddaughter’s husband. They love it too. I tell you, if you don’t have one you need to get one because it will make your yard work so much easier. Oh, did I mention spools of trim line for life for free? Oh yes - thank you for inventing such a wonderful trimmer and edger.
