Hello! Thank you for sharing your honest review. WORX batteries run different amounts of time depending on the tool, but for the most part, the 2.0 Ah batteries average about 20 minutes of run-time. The blowers are the most energy consuming, and you can expect about 10 minutes from them at high speeds. This being said, we do have high capacity batteries that will double and even triple the run-time on your tools. You can check those out on the WORX web-site under model numbers WA3578 and WA3671. If your battery stopped working altogether, they are covered under a 1-year warranty and we would be glad to help you get that resolved! This thing is the deal!

I've only used it once since purchasing, but I gotta tell ya, this thing is the deal. I did a couple of hillsides of knee high weeds and was thoroughly impressed. My old gas trimmer has .095 line, so I was a little concerned about this one having the smaller .065 line. To my surprise, the smaller line actually worked better. It is such an improvement over the gas trimmer! With my old gas trimmer I had to dress like I was going to battle. Rubber boots, pants, gloves, long sleeve shirt, hearing and eye protection. With this trimmer, I took it out for a test run in just shorts, tennis shoes and eye protection. After an hour and a half of trimming tall weeds (two batteries), I barely had any clippings stuck to my shins, my hands and arms weren't aching, and my ears were not ringing. It is such an improvement. And with the multitude of adjustments, you can vary the settings to make any cutting the most comfortable. After talking about my new toy with my wife, she said, "You really like this thing, don't you?" I said, "Yea, this thing is the deal".

I bought this blower for my parents that are older so they needed something lighter and easier to use. I was disappointed that the battery that came with this is not like the other battery's that they have for their worx trimmer, there is no button to push that shows the battery level, seems a lot cheaper?
I would recommend this to a friend!

The one with the battery indicator light is model WA3575 and the one without is model WA3525. The WA3525 is the standard 2.0Ah 20 volt battery. Great tool

I love my trimmer but it just started working intermittently. Battery is full so I think the motor may be failing. It’s still under warranty and I don’t see a replacement motor part anywhere. Can you please help?

Weight is great

I got this trimmer almost 2 years ago. I like longer length so I'm standing up straighter. The tool is easy to use and does good job. But, recently the plastic neck below handle area cracked. Taped it, used 3-4 times, gave up. But just ordered a new one of these because I really liked it..
