I haven’t used it yet but I have had a few and bought them for family and friends and know how it works well and light weight and easy to use but very dissatisfied with ur batteries they have been low product and don’t work or you stop having them we bought a knew big blower and right after we did u stopped the big battery so blower we bought is really no good can’t replace the battery very disappointing and I don’t have a tone of monies to keep spending so slowly changing sorry to say because I loved your product till then

I have always loved my worx products but this one was for my son & he is in a wheelchair so not user friendly for him. Also the string would not come out by simply tapping like it is supposd to. We have to turn it over & pull it out manually.

I like my WG545.1 way better. It's lighter weight and quieter. I had it for 9 years and used every day but the battery is old. This"turbine" WG457 is heavier and way noisier. It's a shriek. Awful. It doesn't blow any better than my old one. Bigger is not always better.

I bought a new weedeater with the bigger battery in lieu of the size I had with previous equipment. The device is very good at trimming and edging, but the bigger battery makes it cumbersome for those of us with smaller bodies.
I probably will use the smaller batteries with quick jobs and save the bigger battery for when I tackle my whole yard.
I am still pleased with the quality of Worx equipment.

Great trimmer poor service

These trimmers are great... ive had 3... but if the line trimmer cutter blade goes... as it has on all 3.... there's no replacement... seems like a very small repair part... and don't bother trying to call for service unless you have days to spend.... and they don't call you back if you leave your call back number....I've had lots of WORX tools but this one frustrates me... also the apparent lack of repair parts.
I would recommend this to a friend!
