I am so happy to be able to work in my yard. I wasn't able to keep my yard groom because I had surgery a couple years ago. I would hire someone, but he didn't have an edger. Now, I can use my edger to my satisfaction. Thank you so much!😊

I purchased my personal battery weed eater. My husband had his gasoline powered one. Mine is so easy he sold his and we use mine. I have received free line spoons all this years now we are just purchasing a new one just because we really love ours. We’ve never have had to repair it at all. WORX YOU ARE FANTASTIC.
The trimmer does not work. I charged the battery, plugged it all the way in, squeezed down the safety and then the trigger. Nothing happened. I tried my battery from my Worx switch driver, just to check, but still nothing. Will they replace it for me? Maybe… I haven’t asked yet. The point is I shouldn’t have to.

I haven’t used it yet but I have had a few and bought them for family and friends and know how it works well and light weight and easy to use but very dissatisfied with ur batteries they have been low product and don’t work or you stop having them we bought a knew big blower and right after we did u stopped the big battery so blower we bought is really no good can’t replace the battery very disappointing and I don’t have a tone of monies to keep spending so slowly changing sorry to say because I loved your product till then
I have always loved my worx products but this one was for my son & he is in a wheelchair so not user friendly for him. Also the string would not come out by simply tapping like it is supposd to. We have to turn it over & pull it out manually.
