Trimmer design is hard to figure

#This is overall a great trimmer. I like it's ease of use and functionality. When my old original one died after 6 years I immediately purchased the updated version shown here. Less than a year later I had to have it replaced under warranty because of the worst part of this trimmers design. The locking mechanism and how it ratchets to change from trimming to edging. That part just broke apart inside. I have been using the replacement for about a year and it too is showing signs of breaking. It is so stiff and hard to move from trimmer to edger and when it does the ratcheting mechanism just pops and makes such loud noises I know at any moment it too will break apart inside. Come on Worx. Change that design so it's smooth and doesn't have that ratcheting mechanism inside."
I wish the company would reply to this email because we are all experiencing the same problem.

Not quite as easy to use in the various positions. Wheels come off while using, doesn't feed easily. Also didn't receive my extra 20volt battery as stated during online purchase. Please send as advertised!!

Bought Worx trimmer as I knew the quality of Worx equipment from past purchases. Though well made I ddidn't find this particular piece of equipment as good as others I have purchased. I purchased the string trimmer and the edger as I was skeptical of using the trimmer as an edger. I found this to be a wise decision.

Love the blower. I just received it last week. It is supposed to have a 3hr charge but im lucky to get 15 minutes and then the battery dies. I tried the new battery and my 2 older batteries and get the same result. Is my blower defective? Should I return a request a replacement?

This blower will have a runtime of 7-15 minutes with a 2.0AH battery. For added runtime, we recommend purchasing an additional high-capacity battery, such as the 4.0Ah, 5.0Ah, or 8.0Ah batteries.
