I wish the instructions were better on how to convert it from and edger to a trimmer. I've watched videos and called the 800 number and I'm still having trouble.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I haven't used this new unit yet, it is the 4th one I have purchased over the years and most are still in use with all having the same issue (Continuous Feed). Since there is a system in place to advance the line, I am not sure why WORX continues to have the machine spit out line everytime the machine is paused or stopped. The only thing I have come up with is it is for the purpose of selling more spools (Yes, free but a shipping charge is incurred each time they are sent). You probably are asking why then do I still purchase it and the answer is the free battery/charger which I would have to pay about the same for makes the unit pretty much free.

First use, it works very well. I would have given it a 5 star if it came with 2 batteries, but it did not. And the older 18v battery only lasts about 5 minutes. But the trimmer is nice, although the string did stick and I had to open the bottom string enclosure a couple of times. Overall, a good product.
