The mowing option doesn’t cut low enough. I wish it was adjustable because I had to tilt it forward while pulling it backwards and it butchered my grass.

Disappointed in the battery life. Also the dependency on the pre strung spools doesn't allow for buying string in bulk. It is light so my daughter doesn't mind using it.

I paid a lot of money for the trimmer and blower and purchased a xtra battery and all of a sudden the trimmer stopped working and the company won’t stand behind there products because they said they can’t find proof of my purchase? But yet they will send me free spools for life ???? I will never buy a worx again and I would never recommend it to anyone very very dissatisfied customer 😡
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
